| As coal continues to be mined,there are few shallow resources left,the increase of mining depth has become an inexorable trend.The deep coal floor is threatened by high confined water,which seriously affects the safety production of coal mine.Drainage depressurization and grouting plugging and reinforcement are two main methods to solve mine water hazard.In recent years,regional grouting engineering has been promoted to deal with the threat of deep karst aquifer in China.The spatial scale of regional grouting engineering is very large,and the motion state and diffusion range of grout are very complex,which are quite different from the diffusion mechanism of loose layer grouting and underground working face grouting,so the past theory cannot be simply applied.At present,the research work on this kind of grouting engineering is relatively few,and the relevant research on deep buried condition is not mature,so it is of great significance to discuss regional grouting engineering under deep buried condition for the prevention and control of water hazard in mining area.Based on the ground area grouting engineering of west Fourth mining area of Pan No.2 coal Mine as the research object,using theoretical analysis,numerical simulation,engineering application and comparative analysis,reveals the mechanism of the surface area grouting engineering,analyzes the slurry transport process under deep burial condition,optimizes the target horizon of grouting engineering,on this basis,the diffusion radius of slurry is simulated numerically.Finally,according to the results of theoretical analysis and numerical modeling,the engineering is designed and the construction effect is compared with previous sections.The main results are as below:1.There is a risk of floor water inrush in 18413 working face of no.4 west mining area of Pan No.2 Coal Mine,which should be prevented and controlled by regional grouting project,and the best target layer of grouting is C39 limestone of Taiyual Formation.2.Simulation and experiments show that when regional grouting is carried out on C39 limestone in the west fourth mining area of Pan No.2 Coal Mine,the maximum distance between branch holes should not exceed 62m.During actual construction,adjustments should be made according to site conditions.3.The above-ground regional and geological conditions of the treatment range can meet the needs of the project development,and a more reasonable drilling track can be designed.The regional grouting project meets the existing technical conditions and can be objectively realized.4.The speacing of grouting engineering branch holes in 18413 working face area of west fourth working face of Pan No.2 coal mine is determined,and the liquid diffusion range can cover the treatment range,and the expected treatment effect is achieved.Figure 47 Table 9 Reference 93... |
