With the development of agriculture in our country,the grain output of our country is rising continuously,and the problem of dry storage of grain and the problem of energy saving and environmental protection in the drying process have been paid more and more attention.For promoting the development of energy-saving and environment-friendly drying storage technology,Jiangsu Province launched the research and integration project of energy-saving and environment-friendly drying storage mode and equipment in producing areas promoted by Jiangsu Province Agricultural Science and Technology Independent Innovation Fund,Project No.:CX(17)1002-05,The project was jointly promoted by Nanjing Agricultural University Institute of Technology and Jiangsu Tianyu Agricultural Machinery Co.,Ltd.As part of the technical research of this project,this paper combines the data according to the previous research The measurement and control platform of air source heat pump grain dryer was developed by acquisition and control technology.The main work and findings are as follows:(1)The drying technology of heat pump type grain dryer was studied.According to the actual production demand,the control cabinet of measurement and control platform was designed and assembled in the 405 laboratory of Zhixinglou,Pukou Campus,Nanjing Agricultural University,and transported to Tengfei planting family farm,Jiangyan District,Taizhou City,Jiangsu Province,to complete the construction of the measurement and control platform.The air source heat pump dryer feed,cycle,dry,grain discharge four drying process.At the same time,the measurement and control platform can realize the collection and storage of temperature,humidity,water score,electric power and other related data,which is of great value to the exploration of drying technology.(2)The start-stop control strategy of heat pump and jet enthalpy is designed and realized.Using the developed measurement and control platform to control the start and stop state of heat pump and jet enthalpy,to analyze all kinds of test results,to design the start and stop control strategy of heat pump and jet enthalpy,and to realize the automatic control of heat pump dryer by measurement and control platform.(3)The energy efficiency ratio of heat pump type grain dryer is studied.According to the study of energy efficiency ratio,combined with hot air temperature and heating capacity,the control strategy is improved.After the control and adjustment of the measurement and control platform,the energy efficiency ratio is finally stable between 3 and 3.5,and the maximum can reach 3.53,which can achieve the purpose of energy saving and drying.(4)The performance of heat pump under different working conditions is studied,the performance of heat pump is tested,and the control effect and drying effect of measurement and control platform are verified.The heat pump performance test results show that the heat pump can effectively increase the air supply temperature,heating capacity and system energy efficiency ratio under low temperature.According to the control strategy of the target temperature of 58.5℃,the hot air temperature is stable when the hot air temperature tends to be stable The average grain temperature in the GB/T16714 is 26.4℃ and the maximum grain temperature is 31.7℃.The experiment shows that the measuring and controlling platform can control the drying automatically,achieve the control effect and℃effect,and achieve the purpose of energy saving and environmental protection.After installation and commissioning,the measurement and control platform of air source heat pump grain dryer was successfully run on Tengfei planting family farm in Jiangyan District,Jiangsu Province.The platform has stable work,reliable performance,high degree of automation and high control precision,which meets the requirements of drying and storage mode and equipment research and integration project in Jiangsu Province.
