| Clothing drying is an important step in both clothing manufacturing and industrial washing,but it is also the highest energy-consumption process.The industrial clothes dryer is a machine to dry the fabrics after being washed,with the advantages of low investment and operation cost.However,some of the disadvantages of industrial clothes dryer have been found,such as high energy-consumption,poor drying effect,and hard-controlled temperature.The clothes dryer used nowadays releases humid air directly during the drying process,and this will not only cause a waste of heat energy,but also pollute the environment.Clothing manufacturing and industrial washing are both high energy-consumption and high-pollution industries,so it is essential to increase the resource utilization rate,and lower the cost.The study mainly focuses on the transformation of energy-efficient industrial dryers.In order to recycle the heat energy produced by the use of traditional electric heating dryer,modification of air pipes and addition of heat exchanger have been applied into the traditional electric dryers.Comparative experiments on energy-consumption and water content have been conducted between the modified electric heating dryer and the traditional electric heating dryer.To find out the factors which affect the clothes drying,orthogonal experiments on rotating speed,heating power,environmental temperature and environmental humidity have been conducted.Results have been found out by eight comparative experiments on various rotating speeds between modified electric heating dryer and traditional electric heating dryer.The rate of energy-saving of the modified electric heating dryer is about 27.76%,and its water content is reduced by about 28.57%,which fully verify that the energy-saving effect of the modified electric heating dyer is significant compared to the traditional electric heating dryer.The success of the experiments becomes a solid foundation for the improvement of modified electric heating dryer.Four factors have been found out which are rotating speed,heating power,environmental temperature and environmental humidity by orthogonal experiments on modified electric heating dryer.Meanwhile,orthogonal experiments of four factors and three levels have been conducted with the use of L9(34)for experimental analysis.According to nine combination schemes in orthogonal analysis,an experiment of clothing drying has been conducted,and y values have been worked out.Also,Ts have been calculated based on orthogonal analysis and range analysis,and they are T1=0.0323333,T2=0.025,T3=0.026,T4=0.0236667.It can be concluded that the order(from highest to lowest)of the four factors is rotating speed,heating power,environmental temperature and environmental humidity by comparing the four Ts.This discovery will definitely help the modification of the electric heating dryer.The modification of electric heating dryer realizes the goal of recycling the humid air,which can increase the drying efficiency,and improve the energy-saving through in the clothing manufacturing and industrial washing. |
