At present,the rubber industry is mainly based on petroleum resources.With the excessive development of petrochemical resources,the non-renewable resources on the earth can no longer meet the sustainable development of mankind.Therefore,bio-based rubber derived from biomass resources has become the focus of research.The purpose of this subject is to provide a new type of bio-based itaconate latex,use it to prepare a new type of bio-based rubber gloves,and to strengthen the film.At the same time,a new type of functional polymer material with high performance was prepared by using the biomass filler of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose.It provides ideas for the future biomass fillers as the reinforcement of polymer matrix and the functional application of itaconate rubber.In the first part of this paper,the process of coagulation to film of itaconate latex was explored,and the best film-forming conditions and vulcanization formula of latex were determined.When ZnO is 5 phr,sulfur is 1 phr,and ZDBC is 0.5 phr,the tensile strength is more than 3 MPa.Finally,a flat and smooth bio-based itaconate rubber glove is prepared by using a rubber glove model,and has good mechanical properties,which can meet the basic needs of use.This provides a basis for the production of itaconate rubber film products in the future.In the second part of this paper,the silica/itaconate rubber composite material was prepared by using Si69 modified silica water slurry and itaconate latex for wet compounding.When the modified silica water slurry is added to reach 30 phr,the tensile strength reaches 10.2 MPa.The introduction of Si69 increases the interface interaction between itaconate rubber and silica,reduces the agglomeration of silica,and has a good reinforcing effect.In the third part of this paper,sodium carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC)is used as a biomass filler for itaconate rubber(PDBIB)bio-based elastomers.The CMC/PDBIB composite material was obtained through simple emulsion mixing,mixing processing,and vulcanization,and the influence of different CMC parts on its structure and properties was studied.The composite material was modified to prepare a Ca-CMC/PDBIB composite material with high water absorption and can be used in humidity sensors.
