The friction and wear performance of rubber plays a important role in the economic applicability and safety of tires in daily use.A high-performance tire with excellent wear resistance is a convenient choice to improve the driving experience of cars.This paper studied the wear performance of tire trend rubber under different road conditions.By changing the experimental conditions,The impact of the roughness of road surface,rubber hardness,strength,cross-linking density and other factors on rubber’s wear resistance property were studied.The results provided ideas for the design of high strength,high wear resistance tire,and preliminary experimental studies were carried out.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The natural rubber based tire tread rubber reinforced by graphene oxide and carbon black N234 was prepared by using the latex blending process,then the wear performance of the rubber on the cement and asphalt simulated road was studied.Based on the different roughness of the road surface,and the structure and intrinsic properties of the rubber,the factors that affect the service performance of the tread rubber were explored,and the mechanism of wear of trend rubber was judged by observing the friction marks and the shape of the wear debris on the rubber surface after friction.By changing loads and friction speed and other factors,the factors that affect the coefficient of friction were explored.The research provided a theoretical basis for the design and preparation of high wear-resistant tires(2)Based on the result of chapter(1),using nano-filler graphene oxide to improve the hardness and strength of rubber is determined.In order to solve the self-aggregation of GO in the rubber matrix during the preparation process,the silane coupling agent Si747 were used to pre-modify GO,and the latex-blending process were used to prepare Si747/NR composites.The influences of temperature and contents of modifier on the dispersion of GO were explored.According to the test results,by modification,the cross-linking density of GO-filled trend rubber was increased and the mechanical properties were improved.When the contents of Si747 was increased from 1 to 4 phr,the wear resistance of the compound was increased by 43.6%under the same condition that only 1 phr of GO is filled.(3)The pre-modified and pre-dispersed masterbatch of Si747-GO and natural rubber was prepared by a latex-blending process,carbon black N234 was further added to prepare Si747-GO/N234/NR composites.The dispersion of high filling content of Si747-GO and unmodified GO in rubber matrix and the various properties of the rubber compound were studied.The test result showed that the modification by Si747 significantly improved the dispersion of GO in the rubber matrix.Compared with GO,the tensile strength continued to increase when the filling amount reaches 5 phr,and the rolling resistance of the composite decreased.Meanwhile,the introduction of a large amount of Si747 played a plasticizing effect,which reduced the tear strength and wear resistance of rubber compound.
