Energy is a resource that can provide power.For the increasing demand of energy,it is more and more important for each production plant to use energy more effectively.Steam is one of the most important energy sources in cigarette factory.It supplies energy to the whole plant and is widely used in air conditioning heater,air conditioning humidifier and steam equipment in tobacco making workshop.The consumption of natural gas used to generate steam occupies a major position in the energy consumption of cigarette enterprises.In order to improve the fine management level of the factory and effectively reduce the comprehensive energy consumption,the technical transformation of steam energy measurement perfection was carried out in Guiyang cigarette factory of Guizhou China Tobacco Industry Co.,Ltd.The technical transformation scheme is mainly aimed at the steam circulation system of the power workshop of the cigarette factory.According to the actual production situation of the investigated cigarette factory,this paper mainly analyzes the data measured at each measuring point of the steam cycle system in the power workshop of the factory,pays attention to the energy consumption and determines the equipment node with the most potential for energy mining.Combined with the energy balance of steam and the existing energy measurement technology,the energy metering scheme of the power workshop of the cigarette factory is reformed,and the roll matching is realized Energy consumption data collection,data analysis and processing,monitoring and operation of energy consumption equipment in tobacco factory are more accurate.Specifically,the main research contents and results of this paper are as follows(1)The characteristics of the working environment in the cigarette factory were studied,and the unreasonable measuring points of steam pipe diameter were found out and the reasonable necking was carried out;the temperature and pressure compensation were increased at the required position;the wet steam was detected to effectively save energy.(2)Combined with the problem of energy loss faced by the equipment in the cigarette factory,the function of the energy metering system is preliminarily formulated,and the complete framework of the energy metering system is constructed based on the design specification of the metering system.Put the designed energy metering system into application,and build a multi-layer system network including energy consumption management subsystem,production management subsystem,integrated management subsystem and production management subsystem in the management and control system,so that the data of the production site can be completely presented in the computer terminal.
