A Optimization Study Of The Measurement Management Syetem In China Tobacco JS Industry, Co

This article was about to research on China Tobacco JS industry, co (CTJS) and seeks improvement for measurement management system. The research was based on legal metrology and advanced measurement management in the world.Firstly, CTJS had ISO9001, ISO14001and ISO18001certifications for a period of time. In this situation, ISO10012:2003Measurement management systems-Requirements for measurement processes and measuring equipment was chosen to be the reference for this task due to its effect operative compatibility. Secondly, connected with practice, this article explained terminologies, standard terms and subsystem of ISO10012on the basis of summarizing years’experience of the measurement management in CTJS. Thirdly, based on process control mode, structures of measurement management system, measurement processes and metrological confirmations of measuring equipment had been designed and built to meet needs of CTJS managements. Also, allocation of measuring equipment was optimized. Monitoring and continuous improvement of Measurement management system was achieved. Finally, this article introduced methods of measurement processes and implementation of I.T system in tobacco industry.
