One of the important factors affecting the thickness accuracy of plate is the eccentricity of the roll.A method of denoising is proposed.In this method,adaptive contraction expansion factor is introduced on the basis of cooperative quantum particle swarm expansion factor,with the improvement of collaborative quantum particle swarm algorithm to optimize the regulating factor in the wavelet threshold function and threshold,applied to the roll eccentricity control and make the separated from noise signal,The elimination of highorder harmonics has achieved good results in fundamental compensation.The main contents of this paper are as follows Firstly,the causes of roll eccentricity are analyzed.Through the analysis of the spring curve and the plastic equation,the adverse effect of roll eccentricity on the strip thickness uniformity is obtained,which worsens the quality of the regulator.Secondly,Wavelet is chosen as the basic method to extract signals,The concept and basic properties of wavelet function are mainly introduced,The threshold function of wavelet is optimized by using cooperative quantum particle swarm optimization Then,the wavelet transform is selected as the basic method to extract the roll eccentricity signal.In view of the shortcomings of the soft and hard threshold functions,the improved cooperative quantum particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to optimize the adjustment factor and threshold in the wavelet threshold function,and the theoretical analysis and simulation are carried out.Finally,The amplitude Angle and phase are corrected while the eccentricity signal is detected.The compensation control of roll eccentricity in AGC system is carried out.The simulation experiment shows that the model of compensation control system is highly accurate.After the roll eccentricity compensation,the adverse effects are eliminated.Figure 33;Table 3;Reference 53...
