| Roll eccentricity is a common problem in the process of strip production, it affects the quality of the product, so it’s necessary to pay more intention to it and research on it. Then the key of roll eccentricity research is how to extract the eccentricity information, and it can be reflected on rolling force and thickness, so we usually study them to achieve the research of roll eccentricity. This article makes the theoretical analysis on roll eccentricity and compensation based on the rolling force data of the actual collection.Firstly, it introduces the research status and control method of roll eccentricity, and the method of establishing model is introduced, The definition, causes and characteristics of roll eccentricity are described in detail, it deduces parameter equation of rolling eccentricity in the different condition, describes the influences of roll eccentricity problem on thickness control system based on the bounce curve of rolling mill and plastic equation of rolling, obtain the correspondence of roll eccentricity and rolling force.Secondly, after the comprehensive analysis of the various methods, this article selects the fourier analysis of roll eccentricity, makes the spectrum analysis of signal by fast fourier transform. In view of the limitations of this method, When it does not satisfy the constraints, spectrum leakage and fence effect exist, influence the accuracy of the analysis results. To solve this problem,do some improvement to it by particle swarm optimization whose convergence performance is well, the feasibility of the method is verified by the simulation, analog signal eccentric model analysis is made by this method, and gain the accurate results.Finally, the roller eccentricity is investigated based on rolling pressure signal data collected in actual field. In the signal analysis process by the proposed method, in order to get the sampling point which is corresponding to the sampling duration, the interpolation algorithm is adoped to process the data, then use the proposed method to analyse the force rolling after the pretreatment, extract and compensate the roll eccentricity signal, achieve the good result, realize of the research of roll eccentricity. |
