Pipeline transportation is a very important mode of transportation,it is the lifeblood of economic development.To transport oil and gas in the pipeline transport industry accounted for most of steel pipeline,steel pipe during long time use will be because of the influence of the external environment and transport medium inevitably appear corrosion phenomenon,will lead to serious corrosion leakage of pipeline perforation and even there will be a pipeline explosion accident,this will bring great economic losses to the society,On the other hand,it may pose a serious threat to personal safety.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the monitoring technology of pipeline internal corrosion in order to ensure the healthy operation of pipeline,reduce environmental pollution and protect the safety of people's life and property.In this paper,based on the electric fingerprint method(FSM),combined with the wireless data transmission technology and the upper computer software,a set of real-time monitoring system for pipeline corrosion state is designed.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Through the finite element analysis method,the influence of the corrosion depth of the pipeline on the resistance of the corroded parts is deeply studied,and it is concluded that the corrosion of the pipeline can be judged by detecting the resistance change of the corroded parts of the pipeline,which provides a theoretical basis for the monitoring of pipeline corrosion.The application of FSM technology in pipeline corrosion detection is studied in detail,and the circuit used to collect and process the voltage signal of pipeline inner wall is designed,and the performance of this circuit is tested.(2)Compared with several existing basic wireless transmission technologies,Zig Bee technology has great advantages in terms of coverage,networking scalability,networking time and so on.Therefore,Zig Bee technology is used as a method of wireless data transmission.By analyzing the signal transmission principle of Zig Bee technology,the hardware and software parts of each node of the signal wireless transmission module are designed and the physical circuit is made.Finally,the overall network design scheme of the wireless transmission module is described in detail.(3)The upper computer software of the pipeline corrosion monitoring system is designed with LABVIEW software,and the various functions of the designed system are introduced and tested.(4)The experimental verification of pipeline corrosion monitoring system is carried out.The software and hardware of each part of the system are combined to complete the pipeline corrosion monitoring experiment by simulating the corrosion situation of different degrees at each point of the pipeline.
