Pipeline transportation is one of the five major transportation industries and the lifeblood of the economic development.However,with the continuous development of the pipeline transportation industry,the aging of the pipeline network is severe,and the pipeline will wear and corrode,natural damage,man-made damage and other factors during the transportation process,which will inevitably cause pipeline corrosion and leakage.This phenomenon will not only cause huge economic losses but also cause very serious environmental pollution,and may also cause serious personal injury and death accidents.Therefore,the research of pipeline corrosion leakage monitoring system is of great significance for ensuring the safe operation of pipelines,reducing environmental pollution,and protecting the safety of people's lives and property.By analyzing and comparing the existing pipeline corrosion and pipeline leakage monitoring technologies at home and abroad,this paper designs a monitoring system that can monitor the pipeline corrosion and leakage status at the same time.The main work of this article is as follows:(1)The principle of detecting pipeline leakage by detecting the deformation of the pipeline is introduced through the pipeline leakage simulation experiment,and the principle of detecting the corrosion of the pipeline using the electric fingerprint method(FSM)is introduced by analyzing the change of the electric field after the corrosion of the inner wall of the pipeline.(2)Designed the circuit for detecting pipeline corrosion and detecting pipeline leakage,and completed the design of the digital-to-analog conversion circuit and single-chip serial port transmission circuit for processing corrosion and leakage signals;(3)The Labview software was used to design the host computer software of the pipeline leakage corrosion monitoring system,and the Keil software was used to write programs for processing A /D(digital-to-analog)conversion and serial port transmission.(4)Conducted experimental verification,built the software and hardware together,and completed the pipeline corrosion and leak monitoring system experiment by simulating the different degrees of corrosion of the pipeline and the deformation of the pipeline before and after the leak.
