In recent years,intelligent manufacturing has been a hot research topic,and the traditional manufacturing industry continues to transform to intelligent.High speed,high efficiency and high precision CNC machine tool is an important infrastructure of intelligent manufacturing,and the accuracy of its spindle directly affects the processing quality of CNC machine tool.This paper mainly develops the spindle dynamic balance module of HNC-9CNC system.The phase difference method is successfully applied to the extraction of spindle unbalance,and the algorithm simulation analysis is carried out.The dynamic balance software of machine tool spindle for HNC-9 CNC system upper computer is developed,and the application verification experiment is carried out.Firstly,the importance of developing the spindle dynamic balancing module integrated into CNC machine tools is expounded,and the research status of spindle dynamic balancing technology at home and abroad is analyzed.Then,the general scheme of the spindle dynamic balance module is designed,and the principle of the spindle dynamic balance and the extraction method of the spindle unbalance are sorted out.Combined with the latest frequency estimation method based on symmetrical discrete Fourier transform,the bandpass zero phase digital filter phase difference method is proposed as the core algorithm to extract the spindle unbalance,and the accuracy and feasibility of the extraction algorithm are verified by simulation experiments.Secondly,the secondary development process of HNC-9 CNC system is studied and analyzed,including its human-machine interface architecture and interface secondary development process.Based on the secondary development technology of HNC-9 CNC system,the spindle dynamic balance technology is applied to the CNC system,and the spindle dynamic balance module of HNC-9 CNC system is successfully developed.Finally,the development process of the dynamic balance software of machine tool spindle is described in detail,including the overall framework design and function design of the software.Then,taking VMC850-H three-axis linear guide series vertical machining center equipped with HNC-9 CNC system as the research object,the function and performance of the dynamic balance software of machine tool spindle are tested.
