Statistical Analysis Of The Impact Of Influincing Factors On Production Efficiency In KARABASHCOPPER Joint-stock Company

The efficiency of production activities is one of the main components of the correct and successful functioning of the enterprise.The higher the efficiency of an enterprise,the better the enterprise performs and provides good performance indicators.There is one main indicator of the efficiency of the enterprise,researched in this work,this is labor productivity.Labor productivity at the enterprise determines the fruitfulness of the activities of its employees,which determines its productivity,since people are the main resource that carries out the work of the enterprise,managing it,its technologies and its employees.Labor productivity is influenced by several factors,which determine how its indicators will grow.The innovations introduced at the enterprise,as a rule,only increase labor productivity indicators,producing more products and reducing consumption,and the correct employment reduces unemployment and staff turnover.In turn,these factors are formed by ecology factor.Environmental problems force enterprises to respond and start solving these problems by introducing innovations;however,environmental problems also negatively affect employees,reducing their health and wages fee.Karabashcopper Joint-Stock Company became an enterprise suitable for the analysis carried out in this research.Karabashcopper Joint-Stock Company makes sulfuric acid emissions into the atmosphere,which adversely affect the atmosphere.This problem has been present at the enterprise for a long time and has not disappeared until now.In addition,the company has recently experienced a decline in revenue and profit levels,which,objectively,affects production efficiency.Thus,these problems created a reason for research;the researcher needed to study the main indicator of efficiency,labor productivity,the factors influencing it,and the relationship between them in order to identify the problems presenting in the enterprise and to find ways to solve them.Based on the reasons stated above,a statistical analysis of the impact of influencing factors on production efficiency was carried out at Karabashcopper JointStock Company.Reviewing the literature related to the topic and follow-up,this paper proposes a theoretical research model consisting of ecology,innovation,employment,labor productivity and efficiency.In order to substantiate the accuracy and effectiveness of the model and hypotheses presented in this study using the empirical method of research,the researcher studied 238 respondents' responses to a survey,which allowed obtaining data for the study.The respondents in the study were employees of the surveyed enterprise.After the data was retrieved,statistical analysis was performed using the SPSS software for statistical calculations,including reliability and validity verification,regression analysis,correlation analysis,etc.,and SPSS AMOS software for verification of the fitting of the model,and path analysis.Based on this,the impact of labor productivity on production efficiency was determined,and the reasons for the interaction of ecology and innovation,and ecology and employment,and the impact of the relationship of innovation on labor productivity and employment on labor productivity were identified.
