8Cr4Mo4V steel bearing is an important component used in the main shaft of aero-engine currently,which affects the normal use of the engine.Burns on the working surface of 8Cr4Mo4 V steel bearing rings are one of the important factors causing bearing failure,and burns often occur during grinding processing.In order to control the burn during the grinding process of the bearing ring and ensure the quality of the processed surface,the dissertation will focuses on thoss issues,researching on grinding burn detection and control technology of 8Cr4Mo4 V ste el bearing rings.First,through the appearance of t ypical cases of bearing failure caused by grinding burns,the burn characteristics,failure modes and typical problems that may occur during use are analyzed.,then pickling method,microstructure and microhardness method,magneto-elastic value method are introduced,which lays the foundation for the follow-up application of four different methods of identifying grinding burns to control grinding burns.Secondly,establish a mathematical model of the temperature that suitable for the grinding of the bearing ring and a method of numerical calculation for this model.The mathematical model has considered the grinding process,grinding parameters and heat distribution of the grinding system,the partial differe ntial equations of thermal conductivity is derived in the grinding process base on thermodynamics equations,predicting the occurrence of thermal damage during the grinding of the bearing ring.Using the mathematical model of the temperature to predict the grinding temperature during the beginning of design process,and the temperature of the grinding area can be controlled by changing the grinding process parameters,which provides the basis for further research on the grinding burn test to avoid the problem of the burn of rings.Thirdly,using grinding tests on rings under different grinding parameters,and using different inspection methods to inspect and analyze the processed rings,the best process parameters to avoid burns are obtained.Summarizes the method that suitable for the current grinding and burn inspection of 8Cr4Mo4 V steel bearing rings,which lays the research foundation for the subsequent engineering application of 8Cr4Mo4 V steel bearing ring grinding and burn control.Finally,a three-pivot bearing ring,which made of 8Cr4Mo4 V,will be selected for grinding and testing engineering application verification.Taking the raceway grinding process of bearing ring raceway grinding process as an example,sampling and recording data,Use statistical methods to analyze the process of burn control and further improve the application results.This dissertation studies the surface grinding burn detection method of8Cr4Mo4 V steel bearing rings and the influence of bearing ring grinding processing parameters on grinding burns,and the practical engineering application,it provides a scientific reference for the control of burns in the grinding process of bearing rings,ensuring the quality of the processed surface,thereby ensuring the quality of bearing products,and making them safer and more stable in the production and operation of aero-engines.It has important theoretical significance and application values.
