From an ergonomic perspective and research feedback on war boots,through the experimental results and comparative analysis,the best ratio of antibacterial and deodorant viscose yarn of plant traditional Chinese medicine and other different functional filaments,and the better ratio of antibacterial and deodorant nonwovens of plant traditional Chinese medicine and polyester mesh fabric are selected,which can be used to make the inner functional fabrics of different parts of combat boots in summer,making the toe cap,vamp and insole into three parts.The fabric has the functions of anti-bacterial,anti-wear,anti-bacterial,anti-wear,air permeability,anti-bacterial,anti-wear,moisture absorption and perspiration.The yarn specification,fabric structure,color pattern of combat boots and the design and manufacture of combat boots are designed.First of all,by means of literature research,market research and practice test three kinds of research methods,we have a more comprehensive and profound understanding of the combat boots in our country.According to the research feedback and pain points,the functional design of different parts of the inner fabric of combat boots is carried out.Secondly,the proportion of yarn material used in functional fabric for shoe head,upper and insole parts was screened.The shoe head part is made of 16tex anti-bacterial and anti odor viscose yarn,4.44tex high-strength polyester filament and 5.5tex iterated polyester filament.The upper part is made of the same anti-bacterial and anti odor viscose yarn,5.5tex iterated polyester filament and 4.44tex nylon filament as the shoe head part.The two are woven into Weiping needle knitting fabric according to three groups of different ratios,through the antibacterial,top-breaking,air-permeable and moisture permeability performance test of the fabric of the shoe head respectively.The optimum proportion of the material in the shoe head was selected as the scheme B(high-strength polyester filament 33.03%,iterative polyester filament 27.29%,and plant TCM antibacterial yarn 39.68%),the bacteriostasis rate of Staphylococcus aureus,Candida albicans and Escherichia coli was 99.42%,89.85%and 87.75%,breakout resistance 728.5N,the air permeability was 1182.72 mm/s,the moisture permeability was 152.827g/(m~2·h);Then through the antibacterial,wear-resistant,air permeability and moisture permeability test of the upper part fabric,the best proportion design of the upper part is selected as scheme F(nylon filament 33.03%,iterative polyester filament 27.29%,and plant TCM antibacterial yarn 39.68%).The adding proportion of antibacterial and deodorant viscose yarn in scheme f is the same as that in scheme B,so it has the same antibacterial effect.The air permeability is 742.8 mm/s,the moisture permeability is156.183 g/(m~2·h),and the weight loss rate of wear resistance is 0.0025 g/cm~2.Two kinds of different gram weight plant Chinese medicine antibacterial viscose/polyester(60:40)spurs nonwovens(100 g/m~2and 50 g/m~2)and 116 g/m~2iterated polyester mesh fabric were used to compound the insole.The antibacterial properties of spunlaced nonwovens were tested,and the abrasion resistance of polyester mesh fabric,the air permeability and moisture permeability of composite fabric,and the hydrophilicity of composite fabric were tested The results show that the better design of functional composite fabric for insole is scheme I(50 g/m~2thorn nonwoven composite with 116 g/m~2Iterated polyester mesh).The nonwovens have good antibacterial property and meet the national standard,the pilling resistance of iterative polyester mesh fabric reaches grade 4 or above,the air and moisture permeability of i-functional composite fabric is 1129.39 mm/s and 199.647g/(m~2·h),and the contact angle is 24°with good hydrophilic property.Thirdly,the best design scheme B and F of the materials used in the shoe head and upper part were selected in the early stage,and the strand yarn XB and XF were twisted respectively.The structure design and fabric weaving of bird eye knitted fabrics MB and MF were carried out,and the properties of two groups of bird eye knitted fabrics and plain knitted fabrics with the same gauge weft were tested and analyzed.The results show that the air permeability of MB and MF is 4270.423 mm/s and 3400.104 mm/s respectively,the moisture permeability is 183.57 g/(m~2·h)and 207.195 g/(m~2·h),the friction weight loss rate is 0.0037 g/cm~2and 0.0041 g/cm~2respectively,the bursting strength of MB is 689.6 N,the antibacterial effect of MB is the same as that of weft knitted fabric,and the antibacterial effect is better.Compared with the weft plain knitted fabric,the wear resistance and bursting resistance of bird eye knitted fabric are slightly reduced,and the antibacterial property has no change,the air permeability and moisture permeability of bird eye knitted fabric have obvious advantages.Bird eye knitted fabric MB,MF and functional composite fabric I are used in the design and production of combat boots.Finally,based on ergonomics,the color pattern of combat boots is designed on the premise of following the modeling specifications of type 17 combat boots.Taking the traditional Chinese pattern tiger pattern as the main design element,the paper designs two groups of patterns:bionic tiger pattern and"Lu Fang"pattern by using the color matching method of adjacent color and contrast color embellishment.The main colors of combat boots are brownish green and black,which change the original pure black tone and relieve the dull visual and psychological feeling.Brownish green and combat clothing color form a piece,which has the effect of camouflage.From the aspects of color harmony,element design and space proportion,the pattern is coordinated with the combat boots.The overall design is not only serious and slightly fashionable,but also has the characteristics of classical traditional art.Finally,through the process of plate making,material cutting,sewing,upper and bottom forming,using pure hand-made technology and making method,the bird-eye knitted fabric,functional composite fabric,color,pattern and the shape of combat boots are combined to make the products of combat boots.
