With the progress of the times and the development of science and technology,photography has been rapidly popularized and gradually integrated into the daily life of the public.The simplicity of shooting methods makes the image materials infinitely rich.The cyanotype process is a typical classical photography technology,which is easy to operate,rich in light and shadow,unique and so on,fully embodies the personalized image language.On the basis of the image materials provided by contemporary photography,the creativity of cyanotype technology also provided a broader space for photographic images.In recent years,the cyanotype process has gradually presented a trend of integration with the field of textile and clothing,but there are still many problems to be broken through in order to achieve a wide range of applications,which need to be explored and studied continuously.Cotton fabric is the most common natural fabric in daily life,and can be used as the first choice for imaging carrier,because of its excellent characteristics such as moisture absorption,softness and comfort.In order to optimize the image quickly and accurately,a new exposure method was introduced in this paper.Comparing with the natural light source,the photochemical reaction instrument has the advantages of stable light source and precise control of exposure conditions.Influential factors such as UV lamp power,exposure time,fabric type and concentration of photosensitizer were explored,and the feasibility range and optimization conditions of each factor were screened out by means of image effect comparison,K/S value,weight gain rate and other test indicators of fabrics.The micro structure of the optimized image carriers were explored by scanning electron microscopy,infrared spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction analysis,and indicating that the Prussian blue pigment successfully adhered to the surface of the cotton fabric.At the same time,The thermal and wet comfort,tensile properties,stiffness,UV resistance and color fastness of raw cotton,printed fabric and plain printed fabric were tested and analyzed,finally according to the test results and the style of the cyanotype technology transfer image effect,the actual application of blue drying technology in the textile clothing problem.Only through a comprehensive understanding of the imaging principle,process variables factors and performance effects of the cyanotype technology in the fabric carrier,can the cyanotype technology be fully integrated into the design of textile and apparel products,thus providing an effective basis for the mutual combination of the two territories.
