Daniudi gas field,located in the north of Ordos Basin,is an important natural gas production base of Sinopec.With the continuous development of the gas field,the pressure of the gas production wells entering the gas gathering station is gradually close to the gas gathering station's export pressure,which makes the natural gas unable to be transferred.In addition,the production capacity of gas field is affected,thus affecting the long-term stable production goal of the gas field,so it is urgent to adopt the secondary compression gathering and transfer process.In this paper,TGNET software is used to simulate and calculate the export pressure of gas gathering stations in different years,and determine the time of the second compression of Daniudi gas field.According to the characteristics of the gas field,four kinds of secondary compression schemes are proposed,which are centralized compression mode,main line compression mode,regional compression mode and single station compression mode.According to the angles of technology and economy such as project investment and operation cost,the single station pressurization mode is finally determined as the best mode of the four compression modes.In order to reduce the number of compression stations,some adjacent gas gathering stations are considered to be compressed together for the single station compression mode.In this way,the compression unit is set in the terminal gas gathering station of the two adjacent gas-gathering stations according to the transmission direction of the gas gathering and transmission network.The number of final compression stations are reduced from 62 to 60.After the merger of compression,the construction investment was reduced by 21.76 million yuan,and the operation cost was reduced by 7.7 million yuan On this basis,the process flow and equipment configuration scheme of the technical reformation of the gas gathering system in Daniudi gas field are further determined.
