| With the rapid development of the natural gas industry,the business volume of metrological verification is becoming increasingly burdensome.This paper aims to design a natural gas flowmeter automatic installation and disassembly robot that can meet the requirements of on-site disassembly and disassembly of flowmeter verification,so as to improve the installation and disassembly efficiency and automation degree of verification.Firstly,the overall structure design of the automatic disassembly robot of the flowmeter is carried out.The emplacement of the flowmeter is realized by means of lifting and guiding mechanism.The sealing and pressing mechanism with hollow hydraulic cylinder as the main structure is adopted to pressure the flowmeter flange.By comparing and analyzing the sealing ability of two different gaskets,the suitable gasket was selected.The sealing performance of the sealing mechanism under different conditions was analyzed by ABAQUS software.Second,through the PLC controller as the main body of the measurement and control system to achieve mechanical structure automation,through the controller calculation and analysis of the working process of the flow meter seal conditions and whether the seal has been reached,the use of the touch screen to monitor the running state and data of the robot and change the PLC internal parameters that need to be set by the user.Finally,the principle prototype is used to verify the feasibility,rapidity and stability of the entire disassembly and assembly robot design.The experimental robot can effectively realize the automatic operation of the natural gas flowmeter disassembly and assembly. |
