With the vigorous development of a new round of technological revolution and industrial transformation,virtual reality technology has gradually matured,expanded human perception capabilities,changed product forms and service models,and brought profound impacts in all major fields.In the industrial field,many researchers at home and abroad have applied virtual reality technology to industrial research,but research on the combination of mixed reality technology and mechanical component disassembly and assembly still needs to be deepened.The interaction efficiency and experience during the installation process also need further study.In view of the problems of large investment,high loss,high risk and low efficiency in the process of disassembly and assembly of mechanical parts,this paper uses hybrid reality technology,unity3 d engine as development tool,and HoloLens MR head display to build a general virtual disassembly and assembly system,which is used for equipment assembly and maintenance training..The main research contents of this article: Aiming at the true structure and common characteristics of mechanical components,a data acquisition tool is designed to acquire the logical relationship between models,and provide mechanical data support for the virtual disassembly and assembly system;Summarize and analyze the assembly relationship of each model in the virtual disassembly system,design a data structure to express the logical relationship of each model,and finally realize the definability and versatility of the disassembly order,which is a combination of industrial digitalization and virtual reality Lay a good foundation for higher-level applications;Summarizes and analyzes the assembly relationship of each model in the virtual disassembly system,designs a data structure to express the logical relationship of each model,and finally realizes the definition and universality of disassembly sequence,which lays a good foundation for the combination of industry digitization and virtual reality as well as higher-level application;To study the information holographic display form of the device in virtual disassembly,a holographic adaptive fusion method is proposed;Conduct research on the interaction experience in virtual disassembly and design a natural interaction method including voice and gestures to improve user interaction efficiency and experience;Build mechanical models for special valves,six-joint mechanical arms and other equipment and render optimization,import into the virtual disassembly system for testing,determine that the system can complete the requirements correctly and efficiently,and evaluate and improve the system based on the test results.Experimental results show that: the system can not only intuitively display the process of model disassembly and assembly,but also virtual disassembly and assembly of model parts according to the process flow,which improves the versatility of the virtual disassembly and assembly system,indicating that the system has good practical value.
