In this paper,the"full hydrogen method"process is used to further study the hydrogenation operation conditions of the naphthenic vacuum distillates and the distribution of products after hydrogenation,and provides basic data for the new high-pressure hydrogenation industrial plant of Liaohe Petrochemical Company.First of all,six kinds of Liaohe heavy oil vacuum distillates were used as raw materials,and catalysts provided by the Fushun Petrochemical Research Institute of the China Petroleum and Chemical Corporation(hereinafter referred to as"Fushun Research Institute")were used for hydrogenation experiments,and to examine the single distillate fueling Product distribution after hydrogen,base oil products such as No.3 jet fuel,No.7 industrial white oil,No.15 refrigerator oil,and KN4010 naphthenic rubber oil are obtained.The feasibility of the"full hydrogen method"hydrogenation process was initially determined.Secondly,the six distillates were divided into two types according to the properties of the vacuum distillate(Mixed minus second line and mixed minus third line).These two mixed feedstocks were used as raw materials,and catalysts provided by Shell were used for hydrogenation tests to investigate the feasibility of hydrogenation of mixed distillates.Hydrogenation of mixed distillate oils can also obtain lube base oil products such as No.3 and No.5 crude white oil,I-30°C transformer oil,No.22 refrigerator oil,rubber oil and other oil base oil products.Finally,the mixed and reduction of three-line distillate was used as the raw material,and the catalyst provided by the Institute was used for hydrogenation.The effects of operating conditions such as temperature,space velocity,and hydrogen-to-oil ratio on the hydrogenation products and the optimization of the cutting scheme of the hydrogenation products were exmined.Determine optimized operating conditions:pressure of 15 MPa,temperature of 378?/320?/240?,space velocity of 0.3 h-1/0.8h-1/0.4 h-1,and hydrogen oil ratio is 1000:1/800:1/800:1.Products obtained under optimized operating conditions were distributed as:155-210?and 210-285?respectively meet W1-TA and W1-TB light white oil;285-350?meets the I-40?transformer oil standard;350-380?belongs to No.32 refrigerator oil;>380?accords with rubber oil base oil.
