| Besides having definite viscosity, good viscosity-temperature characteristics, anti-oxidation stability, lower carbon residue and good colority, Lube base oil should also have a low acid number. Generally, the acid number of lube base oil should be lower than0.03mgKOH/g. Acid number of lube base oil is caused by naphthenic acid, which can corrode storage equipment and depress performance of lubricating oil. So it is necessary to remove the acidic compounds from lube base oil.At present, there are many methods used for deacidification of lube base oil, such as alkaline washing purification, hydrorefining, ammonia purification, microwave radiation purification, adsorption purification and so on. Alkaline washing purification and ammonia purification may cause environment pollution and waste of oil. The cost of Hydrorefining and Microwave radiation purification is very high, and the process is more complex, so it is difficult to realize industrialization.To solve these problems, a method of preparing deacidification agent of lube base oil is introduced in this paper. Deacidification purification of lube base oil supplied by JiNan oil refinery is studied. The experimental results showed that, clay supported deacidification agent A could absorb the acid components of lube base oil during the deacidifying procesee, and the acid number could be reduced effectively. Under the optimum condition(w(A):w(clay)=1:1, deacidification agent ratio(w%)0.5%~2%, preparation time5min, deacidification temperature60℃), acid number of lube base oil could be reduced lower than0.01mgKOH/g, oil yield was above98%. Under the current industrial operating conditions(nitrogen flow rate300L/h, adding temperature of deacidification agent80℃, contact temperature150±2℃, contact time30min),1.0%amount of deacidification agent performanced better than3%clay, the acid removal rate improved by2~3times. So the deacidification agent has the advantages of high acid removal rate, easy technical operation and high oil yield. |
