The realization of the superiority performance or special function of the aviation key structure parts is obtained by prusuing the modern technology level in the material,performance,size,precision,complexity and so on.Multi product and small batch production mode is one of the characteristics of aviation manufacturing industry.In the process of cutting,the parts are prone to deform due to milling force,so it is very important to simulate the machining process of the parts and components for improving the machining accuracy of the aviation key parts.In this paper,the aviation key parts are selected as the research objects,and the milling process of the parts is simulated,technology and process control method of aviation structural parts are explored,the specific research content is as follows:(1)Base on Soildworks to establish 3D models of the aviation key structure parts,and compile parts processing technology to determine parts processing methods.Patran software is used to mesh the aviation key parts,and the boundary conditions and material properties are set up.Based on the finite element software MSC.Marc,the finite element analysis of the aviation key parts is carried out.The deformation cloud diagram and stress-strain cloud diagram of the key parts of aviation are obtained.(2)This paper introduces the current sitration of cutting parameter potimization and the superiority of high speed machining,establishes the knowledge base of aviation key parts by using CATIA software,and standardizes the programming program of aviation key parts.The cutting tools,path and coordinates of key parts for aviation are defined,and the plane milling,cavity milling,contour milling and contour line processing are used for many times.The NC program of parts is compiled by multi-axis milling and other commands,and the working path sequence of parts is determined.(3)Through simulation and analysis of parts and components based on CATIA software,the machining sequence of parts is determined,and the machining path of parts is optimized,which provides a theoretical parameter basis for milling machining in machining center,Finally,the machine tool of five-axis machining center is used to NC machining the parts,and the finished parts have been tested,and the expected design and process requirements of the key parts of aviation have been achieved.
