A Study On Sourcing Management Of China’s Refined Oil Marketing Enterprises

In recent years,the macro environment for the development of China’s oil and gas industry has shown a trend of "deepening market mechanism,sustained low oil prices,changing demand structure and accelerating technological innovation".In order to adapt to these changes in the macro environment,domestic oil enterprises gradually take "reform,innovation,cost reduction and efficiency enhancement" as a consensus in their own development.How to find the "cooperative" suppliers with higher quality and more value to the enterprise more efficiently,and to extend the supply management to the procurement demand,and then to the supplier coordination and management,as well as the sourcing,development and management of strategic "alliance" suppliers,has become the key research direction of the development of Chinese enterprises in recent years.In this paper,we study the foothold,it is in the classical theory of purchasing and supply management in foreign countries,on the basis of the current domestic relevant laws and regulations system framework,combined with our country refined oil sales enterprises(especially the state-owned enterprises)of the actual situation of ground source management from procurement,to explore a set of procurement and supply strategy management thought and the practice significance.The goal of this study is based on purchasing and supply management,supplier management,and other basic theory system research,and combined with the existing domestic procurement to find the source method and application research,find the source of its purchasing management extended to the whole process of procurement management,analysis in PBMC company,for example,the status quo to find its procurement source management design,for the purchase of refined oil sales enterprises in China authors and management to provide theoretical basis and practical reference.
