Safe production has always been a topic of concern in the fields of petroleum production and chemical industry,especially in offshore oil and gas extraction.For the development of deep-water oil and gas fields,it is in a high-pressure,highly corrosive and complex seabed environment,and the subsea production system is complex,and there are many parts.Once a failure occurs,it may cause the leakage of crude oil,affect the safe and normal production,and cause marine pollution and srious economic losses.The safe operation of the development of subsea production systems in deep-sea oil and gas fields is due to the continuous improvement of the reliability level of subsea control systems.As a key facility of subsea oil and gas systems,subsea control systems are more difficult to control and maintain than land control systems.Reliability has high requirements.There are many foreign standards that clearly define the safety and reliability of subsea production systems and subsea control systems.Despite this,there are still varying degrees of security incidents each year.The main reason is that the key equipment,especially the safety and reliability level of the control system is not up to standard.However,due to the complex structure of the underwater control system and the numerous failure modes,it is difficult to accurately calculate the reliability of the system,record failure modes,and obtain failure rates using traditional methods.Therefore,this paper combines the Bayesian network method to analyze the reliability of the subsea control system,and builds a safety and reliability management platform for the subsea control system to realize the failure rate collection and online calculation of the subsea control system.Mainly conduct research from three aspects:(1)Build its fault tree model(FTA)based on the functions and failure modes of the subsea control system,perform a comprehensive failure mode and impact analysis(FMECA)of the subsea control system,and use the hazard matrix method to characterize the subsea control system analysis.(2)Comprehensive use of FEMCA and FTA analysis,a Bayesian network model of subsea control system based on causality matrix method is proposed,and the Bayesian network analysis effect of different software is compared.Finally,the Ge Nie software combined with the EM algorithm and the joint tree algorithm is used to learn and reason about the parameters of the Bayesian network to obtain the causes and failure rate ranking of the faults of the subsea control system.Based on the results,the weak links of the subsea control system are analyzed to guide maintenance work.(3)Formulate the requirements of the reliability management platform of the subsea control system,use C # + Ge Nie + Access mixed programming to realize the database design of reliability data collection and management,and give the causality matrix information conversion rules of FMEA and FTA,and calling the SMILE interface and combining with the Ge Nie software to realize the construction and reliability analysis of the Bayesian network model of the subsea control system,the software is designed under the Windows platform.
