The anticorrosion and maintenance of buried oil and gas pipelines is very important to the oil field industry,but if the unified anticorrosion and maintenance of buried oil and gas pipelines with a total length of 160,000 kilometers will inevitably increase the cost of maintenance,only find and seriously corrode the serious areas.In order to maintain,the pipeline life will be prolonged,and the pipeline near the fracture zone is often corroded the most.For this situation,this paper first proposes a ground fracture zone judgment algorithm,and then designs an embedded Linux device for testThe main work of this article is as follows:1.An overview of domestic and foreign researches on interface algorithms for conductivity anomalies has been completed.2.we analyzed the effect of the Earth's magnetosphere current on the change of the Earth's magnetic field in two ways.First,we analyzed the direction of the Earth's equatorial ring current closely related to the magnetic storm through single particle theory,and then statistically analyzed the existing fields from domestic and foreign measurement data The correctness of the closed-to-current model.3.this paper makes theoretical deduction and detailed explanation for the judgment algorithm of the transverse conductivity of the earth's conductivity(Wiese vector formula),and then questions and revises several problems in the derivation of the original vector formula.The revised judgment formula is issued.In addition,we also mathematically derived the "geomagnetic dominant plane" in geomagnetism.4.for the design of the device,we first proposed a solution for the Abnormal conductivity interface network and analyzed its function.Then,we designed the hardware and software of the device separately.On the hardware,according to the actual device work Requirements,this article introduces in detail geomagnetic data acquisition sensors,front-end voltage change units,core boards with Linux operating systems,and hardware units such as GPS and GPRS.In the software,the functions of data collection,data transmission,automatic time synchronization,and automatic software update are introduced separately.The data download and remote access of the cloud server are designed to meet the needs of the device.And tested the main function of the device to verify whether the device can work normally.
