| With the rapid development of national economy,the demand for oil and natural gas in China is increasing year by year.The rapid construction and development of the buried oil and gas pipeline effectively guarantee the national energy supply and promote the economic development.However,it will cause serious losses in the national economy if the pipeline accident happens.Earth surface magnetic field intensity change because of the influence of a geomagnetic storm,which leads buried oil and gas pipeline to produce induced current GIC,and influence the pipe ground potential PSP.On the one hand,the pipeline GIC and PSP will accelerate the corrosion rate of pipeline,which damage the pipeline over a long period of time;on the other hand,the impact of GIC will have an impact on the pipeline peripheral equipment,even in burning equipment,is not conducive to the safe operation of the pipeline.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to establish a GIC-PSP monitoring device for buried oil and gas pipelines.Firstly,according to the characteristic of the cathode protection device installed along oil and gas pipeline in China,this paper puts forward a method which the pipeline GIC can be directly measured.Whlie use the least square method to fit the parameters of the pipeline model,and calculate the GIC of cathodic protection device,thus the pipeline GIC can be calculated.Then,This paper proposes a scheme for buried oil and gas pipelines GIC-PSP monitoring network,and its function is analyzed.And,we cmpleted the development of the GIC-PSP monitoring device,including the hardware selection of monitoring device and service configuration of data server.We realize the data acquisition,data transmission,the time synchronization,program automatic update function of the monitoring device,and realize the data download,remote access device through dataserver,to meet the system requirements.Finally,build GIC-PSP monitoring network.Use the loop current method to build the model of the Shanjing pipeline,and according to the space distribution of GIC and PSP,four monitoring sites are selected.Based on the large geomagnetic storm data,the time distribution of GIC and PSP of these sites is simulated and calculated,and the results show that the these sites are influenced by GIC and PSP in theory.Ridong oil pipeline is monitoring device installation and data monitoring.By processing the monitoring data and curve drawing,we get the conclusion that the PSP of Rizhao station is effected by tidal. |
