| With the continuous development of the national economy,especially the increasing popularity of functional textiles in the field of production and life,the single functional awning fabric can no longer meet the needs of people,so it is urgent to develop a multi-functional awning fabric with a wide range of use and reliable product performance.The purpose of this project is to develop a multifunctional covering fabric with high strength,electromagnetic shielding,flame retardant and antibacterial properties to meet the practical application requirements.Firstly,bamboo pulp fiber,anion polyester fiber and cotton fiber are selected as the outer fiber of the covering yarn with the blending ratio of 40/30/30 and the antibacterial polypropylene filament of 55.6dtex/48 F as the core The optimal spinning process parameters are: core tension is 0.7cn,drafting ratio of spinning back area is1.29,yarn twist coefficient is 360.The antibacterial covering yarn is spun with the optimal spinning process parameters to meet the antibacterial requirements of the multi-functional covering fabric.Secondly,according to the preset fabric function,combined with the functional characteristics of high-strength polyester / aramid covered yarn,ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene / aramid covered yarn,stainless steel / polyester fiber blended yarn and the developed antibacterial polypropylene covered yarn,the fabric structure is designed as four layers of self-spliced fabric,and the function of each layer,fabric structure,yarn and yarn arrangement ratio are reasonably configured;combined with electromagnetic screen Based on the covering theory,five kinds of grid fabrics with different stainless steel / polyester fiber blended yarn spacing are designed to explore the relationship between the geometric density of the fabric and the electromagnetic shielding effectiveness of the fabric.The test results show that the geometric density of the fabric is reduced and the electromagnetic shielding effectiveness of the fabric is effectively increased.According to the results of the research,the tightness of 3fabrics and the density of warp and weft were designed,and 6 fabrics were weaved with the designed process parameters.Then,according to the national standard and textile industry standard,the basic property test,mechanical property test and functional test of the six fabrics are carried out respectively.The test results show that the tensile breaking strength,tearing strength,flame retardant performance and antibacterial performance of the fabric meet the requirements of the national or industry standard,and the frequency of the incident electromagnetic wave of the fabric is 6.57 GHz ~ 18 GHz Within the scope,it has high electromagnetic shielding effect;at the same time,the fabric still has antibacterial performance after 50 times of washing according to the industry standard FZ/T 98013-2014(2017).The results show that the four layer structure,high strength covering yarn on the surface layer,stainless steel / polyester blended yarn on the middle layer and antibacterial polypropylene covering yarn on the inner layer,as well as the greater fabric tightness can effectively improve the functionality of the fabric.Finally,the performance of 6 fabrics is evaluated and selected by the grey near optimal comprehensive evaluation method.The evaluation results show that the near optimal degree of C2 fabric is 0.9918,the value is the closest to 1,and the comprehensive performance of C2 fabric is the best.In this paper,through the design,spinning,research and testing of yarn and fabric,the design scheme of high strength,electromagnetic shielding,flame retardant and antibacterial multi-functional covering fabric is determined.The research results have certain practical application value for the research and development of multi-functional awning fabric.There are 17 pictures,27 tables and 79 references. |
