With the progress and development of human society, environmental problems are becoming more and more prominent, and the amount of ultraviolet radiation reaching the surface increases sharply, which has a great impact on human health.Anti-ultraviolet finishing of textiles can effectively reduce the harm of ultraviolet radiation to human body.In summer, the clothes of people are generally relatively thin, and most of them are pure cotton fabrics. The traditional anti-ultraviolet finishing agent is mainly chemical, and the long-term use has a certain degree of harm to the human body.Based on this, topic chooses to extract anti-ultraviolet components from natural plants and finish them to fabrics through post-finishing process, which can be used to improve the anti-ultraviolet ability of fabrics. At the same time, natural plant extracts generally have antibacterial function, and finished fabrics also have certain antibacterial ability. It reduces the use of industrial chemicals and conforms to the development trend of functional textiles, which has certain practical significance and use value. This paper discusses the extraction and identification of effective components of natural anti-ultraviolet plants, the preparation of anti-ultraviolet microcapsule, the finishing method and finishing technology of anti-ultraviolet microcapsule fabric, and tests the anti-ultraviolet performance, antibacterial effect and taking performance of the finished fabric.1.By comparing the extraction rates of three plants with different extraction solvents and different extraction methods, considering the experimental conditions and the experimental cost, ethanol was used as the extraction solvent and Soxhlet extraction method for each of the three plants.Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and high performance liquid chromatography were used to analyze the extracts of the three plants to determine that there were three substances, including rutin, quercetin and gallic acid, and berberine and xanthone,in the extracts of the three plants.2.According to the uniform formula design uniform design table U7*(74)the table arrangement compound test, obtained the optimal compound ratio is the green amaranth volume fraction 19.82%,the dragon sunflower volume fraction 74.46%,the yellow cypress body integral number 5.The UV absorption spectrum of anti-UV finishing agent was mixed according to the optimum ratio, and the UV absorption effect was better at nm wavelength of280 nm?400.After the three extracts were mixed, the composition of the compound plant extract was complex, the main substances were phenols and flavonoids, the flavonoid phenolics had conjugated double bond, benzene ring, and the UV absorption was very strong. Therefore, three kinds of plant extracts can be used to prepare microcapsule anti-ultraviolet finishing agent for the development of anti-ultraviolet textiles.3.Taking gelatin and chitosan as wall material and compound plant extract as core material, the optimum technological parameters of preparing anti-ultraviolet microcapsules by polycondensation method were determined by analysis:emulsifier content 5%,emulsifying shear rate 8000 r/min,polycondensation reaction p H 5.7,stirring speed 900 r/min,curing time 2 h;the size of the anti-UV microcapsules were distributed between 1480 and 3580 nm,the average particle size was 2530 nm,and the stability was good;the yield of the microcapsules was 57%,the embedding rate of the prepared anti-UV microcapsules was62%.4.Waterborne polyurethane and softener prepared under optimum technological conditions were prepared in proportion to UV-proof finishing agent for UV-proof finishing of pure cotton fabrics. The UV-transmittance and UV-protection coefficient UPF of textiles were used as the test indexes. The optimum finishing process was as follows:UV-resistant microcapsule content 25 g/L,amount of waterborne polyurethane 5%,impregnation temperature 45?,impregnation temperature 45,UV-protection coefficient as the test index.Finishing time 45 min;to test the properties of the finished fabric, microcapsule the UPF?TUVA and TUVB of the finished fabric were 57.59,1.15%and 1.To meet the requirements of the national standard GB/T 18830-2009?Evaluation of the Anti-Violet Properties of Textiles):When the UPF>of the sample is 40 and the AV<is 5%,it can be called"Anti-Violet Product".The thickness, permeability, breaking strength and tear strength of the finished fabric, drape and tear strength of the finished fabric have less change rate than before finishing, basically maintain the original style, have good water washing resistance,SEM analyze the prepared anti-Violet microcapsules particles through bonding.5.The bacteriostatic rates of pure cotton fabrics prepared by microcapsules against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus were 81.43%and 89.30%,respectively.After 20times of washing, the bacteriostatic rates of both bacteria decreased slightly, but were more than 70%,indicating that the prepared antibacterial microcapsules could endow pure cotton fabrics with good and lasting antibacterial properties.figure 46,table 27,84
