In the field of global textile processing,China has always been a big producer of textile products.Especially with the rapid development of shuttleless looms,rapier looms have been in the leading position in the weaving industry because of their high speed and reliability.Rapier loom control system is an important link to determine its comprehensive performance,and users prefer reliable control system with low maintenance cost.In order to realize the automatic production of rapier loom,further improve the production efficiency of rapier loom,improve the programmability of the system and reduce the frequency of faults,a rapier loom control system based on embedded soft PLC is developed and tested and applied in the field.Mainly from the following aspects:1.The working principle of rapier loom is expounded,the field requirements are analyzed,and the functional requirements and performance indicators of the control system are studied and summarized.2.According to the technological requirement of rapier loom and the realization requirement of embedded software and PLC,the overall scheme of embedded software and PLC hardware system based on STM32F407ZGT6 is designed.Based on the hardware system,the software structure of embedded soft PLC control system composed of bottom driver software and application software is proposed.3.According to the overall scheme of embedded software and PLC hardware system,the power module,core circuit module,I/O module,communication module and expansion module of embedded software and PLC system are designed structurally.Through modular hardware design,the universality and extensibility of the system are enhanced,and the development cycle and cost are shortened.4.On the basis of embedded software and PLC hardware platform,according to IEC1131-3 international standard of industrial control programming,to realize the function of soft PLC as the main purpose,the embedded software of soft PLC is compiled.The important links of input refresh,scan cycle and output refresh of PLC are explained by the bottom drive software.The key of technological requirement of rapier loom is analyzed and summarized,and rapier weaving is designed and realized.Application program of machine technology.5.The important position of warp tension control in rapier loom weaving process is analyzed and summarized.The factors affecting warp tension in rapier loom operation are analyzed.The warp tension control mode of traditional PID algorithm is optimized by genetic algorithm.The genetic PID algorithm is simulated and analyzed by using MATLAB.The results of field application show that the control precision of warp tension on rapier loom is effectively improved.6.The validation test and field application debugging of the embedded soft PLC control system of rapier loom prove that the system meets the actual industrial application requirements by verifying the functionality of the system.In the process of field debugging,it proves that the system can run stably and reliably in the field environment for a long time.
