Study On The Inventory Optimization Of The Industrial Finished Products In China Tobacco Company Z

With the improvement of consumption level,the finished cigarette began to develop to the personalized consumption of high specification and small batch,which put forward higher requirements for the logistics work of tobacco industry and commerce.Due to inconsistent logistics standards and specifications between regions,pallets of finished industrial smoke need to be encapsulated and stored before being shipped to commercial companies.In order to reduce the logistics cost of Z,it is necessary to improve the turnover rate in the finished product warehouse,which requires the optimization of pallet sorting and warehousing in the finished product warehouse.Firstly,the pallet data of the finished product warehouse of the logistics center from January 2018 to February 2019 were collected,and before and after optimization was adopted.EIQ analysis method was used to calculate the ordering regularity of finished smoke pallets.The pallets were classified and stored according to the ordering frequency of finished smoke according to ABC classification method.Secondly,the use of analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to establish a three-level indicator system of pallet packaging,through the expert scoring to establish the weight of each,to find out the appropriate logistics packaging;Finally,the sorting process is optimized to simplify the internal action and improve the sorting efficiency.In the end,the journey of the finished goods warehouse pallets to and from the warehouse was shortened by 25% on average,the time of pallet packaging to and from the warehouse was shortened by 39.2%,the completion rate of finished goods warehouse to and from the warehouse was increased to 98.53%,and the turnover rate in the warehouse was increased to 92.75%,which achieved the predefined goal of optimization.Since the use of the new pallet warehousing sorting mode in Z’s finished products warehouse,compared with the traditional pallet warehousing sorting mode,the turnover rate in the warehouse and the working intensity of employees have been greatly improved,and the effect is worth praising.The improvement effect of each pallet optimization link is different,indicating that there is room for further improvement.
