With the development of modern military strike methods,once weaponries are detected,it means to be destroyed.Improving the stealth performance of weaponries,especially radar stealth performance,is of great significance to improving the survivability of weaponries.High-performance radar absorbing materials have become a hot topic in the research of weaponries today.The Rubber absorbing material is made of rubber with absorbent.It has good absorbing effect,flexibility and high elasticity of rubber material,and it is easy to bend and cut.Therefore,it has become a hot research direction of absorbing material today.In this paper,the effects of material structure and formula on mechanical properties and microwave absorbing properties of silicone rubber absorbing materials were systematically studied by means of raw material selection,formula design,performance test and preparation process optimization.Under the guidance of it,the large-area silicon rubber absorbing materials with both mechanical properties and absorbing properties were prepared.The main research contents and results are as follows1.The formulation design of rubber substrate was carried out.The 110-2s type methyl vinyl silicone rubber with better performance was selected as the base material,the formulation and optimization design of the rubber base material were carried out,and the effects of reinforcing agent,crosslinking agent and constitution controller on its mechanical properties and technological properties were systematically studied,thus the optimized material formulation was formed.2.The absorbing performance of the rubber absorbing material is optimized based on the simulation and experiment.Firstly,the spherical carbonyl iron powder with mature technology is selected as radar absorbent material from the point of view of optimizing the microwave absorbing performance.Secondly,the electromagnetic parameters of carbonyl iron powder are tested.Based on this,the parameters such as the amount of absorbent and the thickness of the absorbing material are optimized by combining with the simulation design method.Furthermore,on the premise of ensuring the microwave absorbing performance,the rubber is optimized The mechanical properties of the absorbing materials are designed.Finally,silicone rubber absorbing materials with both mechanical properties and low-frequency absorption effect were prepared.Through the above work,the mechanical properties of the developed rubber absorbing material are 3.710 MPa in tensile strength and85.368% in elongation at break,and the reflection loss is-5.7 d B at 8 GHz and-12.55 d B at12.4 GHz.3.The parameters of vulcanization process were studied in order to prepare the microwave absorbing material with larger single sheet area.Firstly,the fluidity of the compound was optimized by adjusting the content of DB V110 B vinyl silicone oil.Secondly,three parameters of vulcanization process: vulcanization temperature,vulcanization pressure and preform area were optimized.Low vulcanization temperature,high vulcanization pressure and large preform area are conducive to the preparation of large area silicon rubber absorbing materials.Finally,the amount of DB V110 B vinyl silicone oil is 5 part,the vulcanizing temperature is 130 ?,the vulcanizing pressure is 80% of the upper limit of the equipment,and the blank area is as close to the finished product area as possible.According to the optimal formula and the parameters of vulcanization process,the size of 405 mm × 405 mm ×0.8 mm silicone rubber absorbing material was successfully prepared.
