As the monitoring center of the transportation system of production materials and operators in coal mine enterprises,the hoisting machine room is the main channel to contact the coal mine.With the intelligent construction of coal mine,the task of monitoring and controlling personnel has changed from manual operation to monitoring and controlling at the display terminal,which puts forward new requirements for the cognitive level of operators.In this situation,the hoist drivers are prone to selective attention failure,which leads to several human accidents.Therefore,the purpose of this paper is to build coal mine hoist drivers’attention distribution model,for finding out the key indexes and factors influencing the distribution of attention.Exploring the attention distribution mechanism of hoist drivers deeply.The main research contents of this paper are as follows.First of all,making a scene analysis on a case study of the hoisting machine room of H coal mine,this paper elaborates the positions,personnel configuration and working process of hoisting drivers in the machine room,and elaborates the attention distribution of hoisting drivers in different task stages according to the operating procedures and training manuals.Secondly,on the basis of comparative evaluation of classical theoretical models of attention and attention distribution,SEEV model is selected to carry out modeling research on attention distribution of coal mine hoist drivers.Based on the analysis of specific scenes,the main influencing factors were determined as information salience,effort,task attributes(the probability of information generation in potential cognitive assessment,and the membership degree of task importance).A theoretical model of elevator drivers’ attention distribution was built based on these factors,and a specific quantitative basis was proposed for each factor.Next,the overall design scheme is determined by analyzing the system simulation requirements and functional modules.And the running simulation program of mine hoist is developed by using python programming language.The eye movement experiment was carried out based on the operation program.By collecting the eye movement data of the subjects’ fixation duration,the experimental value of eye movement was calculated to quantify the attention allocation of each region of interest.Finally,MATLAB software was used to quantify the sudden salience and effort degree,and combined with the task attribute rating table value of the subjects and the experimental value of eye movement of half the effective sample size to calculate the coefficient of each variable,so as to determine the theoretical model of attention distribution of each functional module.Then,the quantitative value of the remaining valid sample size was substituted into the model to calculate the theoretical value of attention distribution,and the unary linear regression analysis was conducted between the theoretical value and the experimental value.The results show that the theoretical value of attention distribution model in each functional module area is in good agreement with the experimental value of eye movement,which verifies that the theoretical model of attention distribution constructed in this paper is scientific and reliable to a certain extent.The research provides guidance and suggestions for the rational allocation of attention resources for training workers,and also provides management enlightenment for the design of human-machine interface and prevention of human error.
