With the development of coal industry and mining subsidence is becoming more and more prominent, the problem of mining coal seam under water body, building and railway is plenty to solve. The amount of coal "under three" in Xima coal mines of Shenyang coal group accounts for 90 percent of gross reserves, this condition is a serious constraint to rational mining and shortens the service life of mines. To safely and efficiently mine coal "under three" in Xima coal, future study on the distribution of the surface movement and deformation and rock movement parameters in Xima coal mine. The paper uses database management techniques, computer software developing techniques and data visualization techniques on the basis of mining subsidence theory to design and develop the mining subsidence observation data analysis visualization software system which can efficiently manage observation data and accurately calculate surface movement and deformation and rock movement parameters. The paper regards the 1326 working face as the study and the observation station is designed and layouted. Using the obtained the observation data to calculate the surface movement and deformation and draw the corresponding curve and analyze the distribution of the surface movement and deformation, moreover, the damage grade of constructions is divided.Based on the three conditions for calculating the rock movement parameters, the validity of observation data is judged and the rock movement parameters based on curve fitting with a least-square is calculated. The results have impotant implication for controlling movement and deformation in Xima coal min, increasing recovery rate in this mine area, achieving sustainable development in this region.
