With the rapid development of aerospace,deep-sea exploration,unmanned factory,precision manufacturing,the performance requirements for key parts have become very high,and more attention is paid to the use of materials.High silicon aluminum alloy has been widely used in automobile parts,electronic components,aviation transmission parts and other fields because of its small proportion,low thermal expansion coefficient,high thermal conductivity,good rigidity and stable chemical properties.But high silicon aluminum alloy is a kind of hard to process material.In cutting,cutting force will be increased,cutting temperature will be increased,and tool wear will be intensified,which will reduce cutting efficiency and shorten tool life.Based on the bionics concept,some effective laws are obtained from the study of some natural creatures in nature,and it will be a trend in the future to apply these laws to design.The application of micro texture technology based on Bionics in tool has become one of the research hotspots because it does not change the original tool material and structure,and has little change in the existing conditions and is efficient and economical.Based on the research of the micro texture technology of the whole carbide milling cutter to the cutting performance of high silicon aluminum alloy CE11,the effects of the width,spacing and depth of micro texture on cutting force,tool surface temperature and tool cumulative wear are studied.It provides an effective strategy for the high silicon aluminum alloy material processing.Based on the orthogonal experiment of Deform finite element software,the effects of texture parameters such as width,spacing and depth of micro texture on cutting force,heat and tool wear of CE11 are studied.Through the simulation test,the placement of micro texture reduces the cutting force,cutting temperature and tool wear of carbide cutting tools in high silicon aluminum alloy milling.The conclusion that the depth of micro texture has the greatest influence on cutting is obtained through visual analysis.Finally,the micro texture tool is made by laser marking equipment for cutting experiment.The cutting experiment is used to verify the milling of high silicon aluminum alloy CE11 by micro texture tool.Through the comparison and analysis of experiment and simulation,the experimental results are basically consistent with the simulation.Therefore,it can be concluded that the simulation of micro texture tools can be effectively carried out by using the cutting finite element simulation software to reduce the simulation Low tool development cycle and cutting test cost provide an effective method for the design and performance improvement of tool products.
