The Research And Design Of 205/55R16 Radial Tire And The Belt Optimization

With the continuous development of social economy,the number of cars kept increasing,the demand for semi-steel car radial tires was also increasing,the performance requirements for car tires were also getting higher and higher.In order to be able to accurately design tire performance,the development of a suitable for the market demand of tires,was the direction of every tire enterprise to pursue.This topic aimed to design a suitable for the domestic market use of205/55R16 car radial tire products,and in the design and development process of research and discuss the belt layer optimization design.Firstly,the product technical design was carried out.Through the investigation of market models and conditions of use,the basic requirements for the use of tires were obtained,and the tire contour design,pattern design and tire structure design were carried out according to relevant national standards,the tire contour map,pattern map and material distribution map were output.In the process of design,the convenient design method of tire contour parameters and the main points of tread design were discussed.Secondly,the optimal design of the band layer was carried out,By adjusting the angle and width parameters of the band layer,as well as the cross-comparison design of the two parameters,rigid simulation and modal simulation were carried out for the design of the multiple schemes,and the simulation data was obtained and analyzed.At the same time,after the construction design,the production of multiple schemes of tires for indoor noise,outdoor real car test,to obtain different schemes of tires indoor and outdoor test results.In this paper,the influence of different band layer design on tire performance was discussed and summarized by using the evaluation method of simulation and actual measurement.Finally,according to the product design requirements,a qualified test tire was manufactured to carry out the outer edge size,off resistance,puncture strength,high-speed performance,conventional durability and other tire size and safety tests.In the actual test,according to the enterprise standard,the test results not only meet the requirements of national laws and regulations,but also meet the enterprise standard.The later stage of the product on the market,produced good economic and social benefits.Conclusion:This article combined with actual work,developed and designed the domestic market products of car radial tire 205/55816 specifications,and optimized the design of its belt layer.The finally developed product meet the requirements of relevant standards,meet market demand,and had large-scale production,which was a successful product.
