With the development of mining industry in recent years,the whole mine market recovers.Because the operation of 70 t heavy dump truck is relatively convenient,the requirements for road conditions are lower than dump truck,and the investment is small,so it is recognized by the market and favored by the terminal market.The market share of dump truck increases year by year.In this context,we received market demand,which needs develop a mining OTR of high carcass structure 14.00R20.However,the OTR factory of our company does not have the production feasibility,so we try to carry out the product design and development process in the existing TBR factory.Structural design: combined with market visit,market research and bench market product analysis,the inner contour and material distribution plan are determined by finite element simulation.The outer diameter of the designed product is 1249 mm,the section width is 368 mm,the section height is 370.5mm,the ratio of section height and section width is 1.0068,the flattening ratio is 1,the fitting width is 266 mm,the fitting diameter is 508 mm,the driving surface width is 310 mm,and the pattern depth is 32 mm.E-4 mining pattern design is adopted to ensure high driving and braking force.The pattern saturation is 64%.The tread formula is designed and developed with pure styrene butadiene formula,which requires good stab resistance and block dropping performance.It can't be damaged by common crown and side pricking in the early stage of use.Through the indoor machine testing,the tire inflation outer edge size meets the design requirements,and the tread physical and mechanical properties and tire durability meet the design objectives.At the same time,the new product has passed the customer's real vehicle loading road test,and the road test results show that the product can meet the customer's use,with a service life of 6-8 months It is accepted by the customer.The product development and design described in this paper is the first attempt to use TBR machine to produce OTR high carcass structure 14.00R20 product.At the same time,a SBR stab resistant tread formula has been developed.Through market verification,the formula design is reasonable,which proves that it is of great significance to improve the enterprise's technology independent development level.
