At present,there are many kinds of door products in the domestic market.With the continuous improvement of the national economy and the people's continuous pursuit of a better life,the door market will continue to grow,and the personalized security door will become more and more popular.Facing the increasingly huge market demand,door manufacturers should not only ensure the sufficient production capacity of the door,but also ensure the reliable quality and exquisite appearance of the door,which urges the door manufacturers to further improve their manufacturing level.However,at present,there are many problems in door industry,such as backward technology,old equipment and low degree of automation.This traditional production mode has many disadvantages,such as unstable product quality,insufficient production capacity,large labor demand,occupying a large room of factory,high product cost,etc.,so it needs to design an automatic production line to solve the above problems.Based on the above situation,this paper analyzes and improves the process of feeding,cutting and bending involved in the door panel processing,and designs the automatic production line of door panel from the aspects of planning the layout of production line station and developing new auxiliary mechanism.The main contents of this paper are as follows.1)This paper improves the current manual processing mode from three aspects of door plate positioning,handling and waste collection,so as to make it conform to the production mode of assembly line.2)According to the requirements of the door panel processing technology,the layout sequence of the stations is determined,the specific number of stations is determined by using the production beat calculation method based on the highest profit,and the rationality of the production line is evaluated,which provides a theoretical basis for the station layout of the automatic production line.3)Combined with the door panel processing technology,the demand analysis of the design of a new turnover machine is carried out,and the design scheme of a new turnover mechanism is put forward.The kinematics model of the turnover mechanism is established,and the size of the mechanism and the linear motion speed of the slider are solved.According to the optimization parameters,the three-dimensional model of the turnover mechanism is established firstly,and then the kinematics simulation of the turnover mechanism is carried out,and the simulation results are analyzed to verify the rationality of the optimization scheme.4)Modular design of door panel forming production line is carried out,and the production line is divided into processing module,conveying module and monitoring network.Design the structure of processing module and conveying module and draw three-dimensional model,complete the selection of motor,sensor,PLC and other related equipment,and design the control scheme based on MELSOFT GX Works3;design the networking and configuration of multiple PLC on MELSOFT GX Works3 and Easy Builder Pro,and carry out simulation test on Easy Builder Pro to verify the feasibility of the touch screen control scheme.5)The station layout optimization scheme is applied to the actual production to verify the rationality of the station layout scheme.A new type of turnover mechanism was developed,and the rationality of the turnover mechanism was verified by the turnover test.
