As one of the key technologies for the transformation of traditional wood door processing enterprises to intelligence,intelligent fault diagnosis technology has great research significance.Aiming at the practical application problems of bearing fault diagnosis in wooden door processing production line,this paper studies the bearing fault diagnosis method based on datadriven.Firstly,because the traditional flat CNN model weakens the hierarchical relationship between bearing fault mode and fault degree,a hierarchical diagnosis model based on Alexnet is proposed.By designing different network for fault mode and fault degree recognition,the fault feature extraction ability of the diagnosis model is enhanced,and the hierarchical model structure is flexible,It lays a foundation for the expansion of subsequent functions.Secondly,aiming at the problem of insufficient generalization ability of the model trained with samples under single working conditions,a fault diagnosis method based on Transfer Learning is proposed to improve the feature migration ability of the model.By introducing two optimization objectives of domain classification loss and MMD difference into the proposed hierarchical model,the fault diagnosis ability of the diagnosis model under multiple working conditions is improved.Then,aiming at the problem that the environmental noise and the impact signal caused by bearing damage overlap each other in the frequency damain,a noise reduction method based on SVD is proposed for data preprocessing,and the principle of Singular Value Difference Spectrum is used to adaptively select the best effective rank order for each input sample,so as to completely extract the effective information from the noisy signal.Finally,the bearing fault diagnosis simulation platform of gantry robot in wooden door processing production line is designed.The fault samples obtained from the experiment verify the effectiveness of the proposed method,and the collected field data of wooden door production line further illustrate the engineering feasibility of the proposed method.The bearing fault diagnosis method proposed in this paper effectively solves the problem of bearing fault diagnosis of wooden door processing production line under multi working conditions and high noise,and promotes the development of wooden door processing production line to automation and intelligence.
