With the continuous enhancement of people's awareness of safety protection and the continuous research and development of various new high-performance fiber materials,the types and quantity of protective textiles are also increasing.At present,anti-cutting gloves are widely used in food packaging,glass manufacturing,clothing cutting and other industries.Its can effectively reduce the frequency and degree of injury of the hand.Scholars at home and abroad are paying more and more attention to the research on the types and performance of anti-cutting gloves.Various anti-mechanical gloves have been continuously developed and applied,various anti-cutting gloves testing and evaluation standards have been continuously promulgated.However,the testing and evaluation processes of anti-cutting gloves are often destructive tests on physical objects,resulting in a long development cycle of gloves.high cost.This article starts from the selection of the raw materials for anti-cutting gloves.Firstly,polyethylene fiber,nylon fiber,and spandex fiber are used as the weaving materials.The appropriate yarn forming method is selected.The anti-cutting fabric is designed from the aspects of organization and structural parameters.The machine knits 18 kinds of anti-cutting knitted fabrics;secondly,use TDM100 cut resistance tester,digital fabric moisture permeability tester and other equipment to protect and comfort the fabric The performance of the fabric was tested,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to evaluate the performance of the fabric,and the best weaving process parameters were selected;then the relationship between the fabric structure parameters and the fabric protection and comfort was quantitatively analyzed,and the anti-cutting fabric protection was constructed respectively.Evaluation model for performance and comfort;Finally,the anti-cutting gloves are knitted,and the ergonomics of this type of gloves is evaluated from the three aspects of strength,flexibility and perception.The research results show that:(1)The structural parameters of knitted fabrics have significant effects on the protection and comfort of knitted fabrics.Among them,thickness has the largest effect,followed by horizontal density and longitudinal density,and square meter weight has the smallest effect.(2)The evaluation models of knitted fabric structure parameters and the protection and comfort of knitted fabrics are constructed and verified respectively,and the protection and comfort of anti-cutting knitted fabrics can be evaluated to a certain extent.(3)Anti-cutting gloves have no significant impact on the perception of hand strength and strength changes,and have a certain impact on the perception of shape.After wearing anti-cutting gloves,the effect of two-handed cooperation is more significant than single-handed work.The paper obtained high-performance composite yarns through scientific collocation of different types of fibers,and constructed an evaluation model for the Comfort and protection of anti-cutting gloves.The model can provide protection and comfort for fabrics through fabric thickness,density,and square meter weight.The performance evaluation can effectively simplify the evaluation process of cut-resistant gloves and provide a reference for the design and evaluation of cut-resistant gloves.Avoid waste of raw materials and bring better economic benefits to the anti-cutting gloves industry.
