Mine ventilation system is an essential part of the mining production process.Reasonable ventilation system can not only ensure the normal production of the mine,but also protect the safety and health of miners.With the continuous construction of the mine,due to the connection between the empty area and the surface,the effective air volume of the underground ventilation system is reduced,which is easy to reverse the airflow of the roadway,reverse the smoke and dust,and increase the difficulty of ventilation.Due to the influence of goaf in mining,the supply of mine resources is affected.It is necessary to control the disorder of ventilation system caused by air leakage in underground goaf.The main contents of this paper are :(1)Analysis of air leakage characteristics.On the basis of consulting and learning relevant research literature such as air leakage and ventilation characteristics in goaf,the influence of air leakage in goaf on ventilation network,ventilation power and production was analyzed in depth.The air leakage characteristics in goaf of mine were analyzed from four aspects,namely,“suction” air leakage phenomenon,partial circulation of mechanical ventilation,wind pressure imbalance of ventilation system,and surface crack settlement.The general control measures of air leakage in goaf of mine were introduced.(2)The simulation model of surface air leakage in air area is constructed.The FLUENT software was used to build the model of surface air leakage in the air area,and the influence of the distance between the air leakage channel and the working face,the air leakage velocity of the air leakage channel and the size of the air area on the surface air leakage in the air area was analyzed.(3)The zoning ventilation system scheme is designed based on the goaf.Based on the principle of ventilation system transformation and the idea of induced ventilation,aiming at the problem of air leakage in mine goaf,the idea of induced ventilation through surface goaf is proposed.The air leakage channel is added to the ventilation network,and the parallel ventilation scheme of goaf and return air shaft,the zoning ventilation scheme of goaf as an independent return air shaft and the transformation scheme of existing fan ventilation system are designed,which provides theoretical support for the reasonable selection of air leakage scheme in mine goaf.(4)Case study.In view of the problems of air leakage and insufficient effective air volume in the underground mine of Chengde Copper mine,the ventilation system of a copper mine in Chengde was measured on the spot and the relevant ventilation data were obtained.The current situation and existing problems of the underground ventilation system were analyzed and studied.The three-dimensional simulation model of mine ventilation was constructed,and the specific zoning ventilation system scheme was determined.The influence of air leakage in the goaf on the mine ventilation system was improved and optimized,so as to realize the reasonable and effective flow of mine air flow and ensure the safe and continuous production of the mine.
