With the development of economy,science,technology and the substantial improvement of living standards,textile and clothing gradually participate in the field of health care.Its functional requirements are no longer limited to covering,protection and beauty.Textile with medical and health care functions has become an important development direction in the field of textile and clothing.Far-infrared radiation is a kind of electromagnetic wave radiation energy with strong permeability,which can be easily absorbed by the human body and produce thermal effect.It can promote the blood circulation of the body and the blood microcirculation effect of the skin?It also has a very important influence on the growth of living things.In addition,far infrared has been proved to be able to penetrate subcutaneous tissue and produce resonance with biomacromolecules in the body,which can reduce the activity of some cancer cells.Far infrared physiotherapy is often used for adjuvant treatment of cancer patients in clinical,which is used to relieve tissue edema produced after tumor radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Far infrared is also used to reduce the pain of wound,promote wound healing,etc.As a wearable functional textile,far-infrared fabric plays an important role in the field of medical materials and health care textiles.This paper was based on the far-infrared emission performance of far-infrared fabrics,in vitro experiments were carried out on breast cancer cells and epithelial cells related to wound healing.So the possibility of using far-infrared fabrics as wearable medical textiles as adjuvant therapy in tumor patients and trauma patients was studied.In this study,six kinds of far-infrared nano materials were selected,tea carbon,coffee carbon,volcanic rock,bamboo carbon,graphene and biomass graphene.Six different kinds of far-infrared nanoparticles were added into nylon fiber through co blended yarn,and the same specification plain knitted fabric was made by seamless knitting machine.The difference of far-infrared emissivity of six kinds of far-infrared fabrics were detected and analysed.The far-infrared emissivity of tea carbon fiber is the strongest.While in volcanic rock fiber,bamboo carbon fiber and coffee carbon fiber it got lower in turn.The far-infrared emissivity of graphene fiber and biomass graphene fiber is the lowest.The difference of far-infrared emissivity in tea carbon fiber,coffee carbon fiber,graphene fiber and biomass graphene fiber were significantly different,the emissivity of six kinds of far-infrared fabrics is much higher than that of ordinary nylon fabrics.In order to explore the effects of far-infrared fabrics on the growth of different human cells,the above far-infrared fabrics were used to radiate breast cancer cells and wound healing related cells for biological experiments.The effects and differences on the proliferation and migration of different cells were observed.The far-infrared fabric were attached on the outside of the cell culture dishes.For both MCF7 and Bcap37 breast caner cells were radiated using different far infrared fabrics with different time length.The cell proliferation and cell migration scratch experiments are respectively.Thus the effection of far infrared fabrics to the two kinds of breast tumor cell proliferation and invasive were analysed.The results showed that the far infrared fabric can significantly inhibit the proliferation and migration of both breast cancer cells,and the higher the far infrared emissivity of the fabric,the more significant the inhibition on the proliferation and invasion of the breast cancer cells.According to the contrast experiment of different radiation duration,through observing the effect of tea carbon fiber on breast cancer cells proliferation absorbance difference of 12 days and cell scratch experiment and analysis showed that the longer the time of far infrared radiation,the more obvious the inhibition effect on the proliferation and invasion of breast tumor cells.Therefore,it is considered that wearing far infrared fabrics can inhibit or not promote the proliferation and invasion of breast cancer cells.In a certain range,the higher the far-infrared emissivity of fabrics,the longer the wearing time of fabrics,the more significant the inhibition effect on the proliferation and invasion of breast cancer cells.Therefore,the results of this study suggest that far infrared fabrics can be used as adjuvant therapy for breast cancer patients.In the wound healing experiment,four kinds of fabrics with obvious different far-infrared emissivity were selected to conduct cell proliferation and migration experiments on two kinds of epithelial cells related to wound healing,keratinocytes Ha Ca T and venous endothelial cells Huvec.Four kinds of far-infrared fabrics were used for radiation culture of two normal epithelial cells.According to the different far-infrared emissivity of the fabrics and the different radiation duration,the effects of cell proliferation and cell migration on both cells were compared and analyzed.The results of cell proliferation and migration experiments showed that the far-infrared fabric could promote the proliferation of Hacat and Huvec cells related to wound healing,and the effect of tea fiber group was the most significant.The migration ability of two normal cells was also promoted by far-infrared fabric.Compared with NC group,the effect of tea carbon fiber group was the most significant.The results showed that the longer time of tea carbon fiber far-infrared radiation,the more significant the promotion of Ha Ca T and Huvec cell proliferation and migration.By analyzing the far-infrared emissivity of four kinds of fabrics,we found that the far-infrared emissivity of tea carbon fiber was the highest,and it also promoted the growth of two normal epithelial cells most significantly.Therefore,in a certain range of far-infrared emissivity,the far-infrared emissivity and wearing time of the fabric are directly proportional to the promotion of the proliferation and migration of Ha Ca T and Huvec epithelial cells.Therefore,from the cellular level,far-infrared fabric can be used to promote the healing of human epidermal wound.In conclusion,far-infrared radiation of fabric can inhibit the proliferation and invasion of breast cancer cells in vitro.It also can promote the growth of normal cells related to wound healing under the condition of no body circulation.Therefore,it can be considered that far-infrared fabrics can be used as medical textiles in the adjuvant treatment of breast cancer patients and trauma patients.This research can provide more research basis for the development and application of far-infrared functional fabrics in the medical field.
