| The paper is based on the preparation and property of infrared emissivity composite particle,and concludes three compounds as the goals: Al/PS, Al/CdS and flake Copper.Micron Al/PS composite particles were prepared after modification of Al particles using oleic acid at the aid of untrasound, and characterized by the SEM, XRD, FT IR and S302 far infrared emissivity instrument. The results showed that PS has been coated on the Al particle surfaces, which solves the problem of high reflection of metal particles to visible light. Exposed to air for 40 days. The infrared emissivity of Al/PS composite particles is 0.68.Through physical ball milling method, the flake aluminium was prepared. Then, Al/CdS composite particles were synthesized under untrasound and characterized by ED, XRD and SEM. The results show that CdS has been coated on the flake aluminium. Finally, Al/CdS composite particles were added into PS film and the infrared emissivity of films was measured. When the content of Al/CdS composite particle is 33.3%, the infrared emissivity is 0.588.The process of copper includes two steps: Cu2+ is reduced by glucose to Cu2O and Cu2O is reduced by hydrazine to copper. The influences of PH value of initial solution, reaction time and reaction temperature on the dispersion and morphology of Cu2O were studied and characterized by XRD and SEM. The results show that the spherical, cubic and octahedral Cu2O have been prepared successfully. In the reduction of Cu2O into Cu, the influences of pH, reaction temperature and hydrazine concentration on the morphology of Cu were studied. The copper was characterized by XRD, SEM, FT IR and contact Angle. The results show that the flake copper has been prepared and PVP has been coated on the surface of flake Cu. When the flake Cu was added into EPDM, the lowest infrared emissivity of film is 0.78.To reduce further the quantity of pore and improve the reflection of film surface, the difference proportion of the flaky Cu and Al/CdS particles was added into EPDM films and the lowest infrared emissivity of film is 0.53. |
