Under the increased competition,coal logistics industry is facing pressure to of reducing transport costs.Short-distance transport of coal is one of the links in coal logistics,its core problems include determining coal supply chain network and designing transport route of trucks.At present,many coal logistics enterprises' coal transportation routes and freight rates are judged based on the previous experience values with a large degree of blindness.At the same time,since there is no public information platform and no information exchange among logistics companies,there are frequent truck queues and congestion at the coal mines,which greatly reduces the efficiency of transport and increases transport costs.To solve these problems,this paper studies the optimization of coal short-distance transportation scheduling,the main research work includes the following aspects:(1)It analyzes the progress of related research at home and abroad from three aspects:coal logistics network optimization,truck short-transportation scheduling optimization model and the algorithm for solving the optimization model of truck short-distance transportation scheduling;and it sorts out systematically compares the theories of coal short-distance transportation,truck transportation scheduling and multi-objective optimization,laying the foundation for the subsequent construction of intelligent scheduling optimization models of coal short-distance transportation and the design of multi-objective optimization algorithms for solving the models.(2)In view of the particularity of coal short-distance transportation,A multi-objective combinatorial optimization model with the objective of minimizing the total transportation cost and the required number of trucks is constructed,which considers multiple coal suppliers,multiple coal delivery stations and multiple coal types,and the constraints of the model are given from the five perspectives of coal logistics companies,coal mines,delivery stations,trucks,and the range of values of the model boundary variables,respectively,taking into account the characteristics of the actual coal trade and the truck scheduling process of short-distance coal transportation.(3)According to the constructed multi-objective optimization model and the optimization theory of multi-objective evolutionary algorithm,the multi-objective genetic algorithm is studied;and an improved multi-objective genetic algorithm is proposed in which the initialization coding method and gene recombination method are improved for the model whose decision variables are three-dimensional matrices.(4)The proposed model and method were applied to a short-distance coal transportation scheduling example of H coal logistic company in Inner Mongolia to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.The results show that the method can provide reasonable scheduling solutions,effectively reduce the transportation cost of the coal company and improve the efficiency of coal transportation.
