In today’s environment protection issues are increasingly valued,high pollution,high energy consumption of traditional construction industry is facing reforms.Due to its advantages of environmental protection and energy saving,green production and construction,relieving the pressure of labor shortage and rapid construction,assemble structure has become a new type of building structure which is primary promoted by the state.Prefabricated steel structure building has been promoted and developed rapidly because of its lighter weight,higher bearing capacity,superior seismic performance and lower comprehensive economic benefit.With the gradual advancement of domestic construction steel structure industry,the production of building steel structure elements is gradually approaching the direction of industrialization.However,production equipment,to a large extent,restricts the development of steel structure industry automatization process and development.By replacing traditional manual and mechanical assembly welding with H-beam welding by means of an automated production system,the application of an automatic production system for assembled-welding H-beam steel in prefabricated steel structure residential buildings is realized.The research and development of the system has important guiding significance on assembly welding of H-section and the development of China’s construction industry.The thesis relies on the project of Xiao He Park of Shanxi construction industry modernization(phase II),by studying the bottleneck of traditional H-beam production,the process route of automatic production of H-beam is researched and developed,and the automatic assembly,welding and correction of H-beam is realized so as to decline the number of workers,reduce the labor intensity and improve the production efficiency.In the automatic production system of H-beam assembly and welding,the horizontal assembly is adopted to realize the one-time assembly without the assistance of traveling crane and improves the assembly efficiency.Automatic welding of assembly and welding H-beam develops two welding processes according to requirements of welding thickness and welding quality,namely,flat fillet welding and ship-shaped welding.Both processes form full penetration and root-free correspond to different plate thickness to suffice welding quality requirement of fabricated steel structures while adopt laser tracking method to realize automatic welding during welding.The automatic welding correction system can automatically clamp and position the H-beam,and then transport it to the device host of the equipment.Under joints effect of two sets of correction and driving device,the flange plate pressing device,the flange plate flatness detection device,the welding deformation analysis parameters of Simufact Welding and the output roller table,the synchronous correction of two flange plates of H-beam is completed,which improves the qualification rate of one-time correction and speeds up the production efficiency of correction.Finally,production process of assembly and welding H-beam needs to design production process layout and improve the rationality of the process layout and satisfy maximize production.In the entire automatic production process of assembly and welding H-beam,each station adopts information collection technology to determine the working status in real time,which facilitates the information integration of the entire production system and realizes intelligent production scheduling.
