| Pots are essential to every household cooking utensils of life,as people life level and essential strength of ascension,the user demand for pan has not only stay on the basis of the cooking function,but to pursue further pot product modeling of diversification and individuation,however a pot products as widespread industrial products,should be to maximize interests under mass production,so this article from the perspective of product modeling,adopt the method of modular design set of set of pots.First of all,the application of KANO model to obtain the user’s needs,requirements and expectations,charm,define different population demand requirement of each user’s overall weight and calculate the populations in two-dimensional weighting,by simplifying the QFD method to user requirements into a pot with weights are given to the function of the elements in preparation for the pots of module partition.According to the structural similarity of different types of pot,the pot body module is the general design module,while the handle and cover module are the personalized design module.According to have the function of the elements of pan with the different structure of the module function module division,functional modules respectively according to the functional factors weights will be as the main function module and auxiliary function module,through modular requirement analysis of the different structure module,the main researching contents of clear topic,namely the general pot body structure main body of the function module design and personalized pan handle and the cover of the structure of the auxiliary function module design two parts.For general design of the pot body structure transfer heat in the body of the function module is optimized from the aspects of form,using the FLUENT software to simulate software to simulate process of gas combustion heat release and pot body heat,discuss and compare a variety of morphological parameters of the surface of the pot in vitro for the different temperature fields of absorbing heat and fluid temperature field distribution of natural gas combustion,high temperature and the temperature field in the screening and high temperature and the temperature field of relatively high pot body shape,at the same time consider the auxiliary function of pot body structure,optimize the has been out of the pot body shape design,the optimized set of pot body as the final pan with the general structure of the module.For the personalized structure of the pot(handle and lid),the auxiliary function modules should be designed on the basis of satisfying the main function modules.Application of interactive genetic algorithm based on signal of different category of pan handle combination design evaluation,and design improvement,overall modelling of pots handle combination and uniform degree of satisfaction evaluation score,calculated according to the score situation design scheme of the satisfaction degree of consensus and uniform degree of consensus,set up the comprehensive satisfaction adaptive function design,selection of design scheme of the highest satisfaction of chromosome optimization,to obtain a new design scheme.The same method is used to design and evaluate the pot cover.The method can improve the satisfaction of personalized structure design,and unify the identification of the set and set,so as to ensure the visual continuity of users in the process of use.Based on the modular design method,according to customer’s demand on the set of pot with module structure and function module division,according to different module adopts different methods to carry on the design and evaluation,to meet a set of pot products,on the basis of mass production to meet the personalized and diversified demand of users,thus effectively improve the pots product user satisfaction. |
