With the rapid development of economy and society,the consumption and output of coal in China are constantly increasing.The relevant statistical results show that at present,coal accounts for 76%of the primary energy consumption in China.In this paper,the comprehensive control technology of spontaneous combustion fire in the working face of extra thick coal seam is studied.In the research process,the Carboniferous extra thick coal seam of Jinzhuang coal industry is selected as an example,and the current situation of its large mining height fully mechanized caving face mining is specifically analyzed,and the related problems of the comprehensive control of spontaneous combustion fire in this kind of coal seam are studied.First of all,the research objectives and technical routes of this paper are defined.Then,the data of Jinzhuang coal industry are investigated and analyzed.The statistical analysis of the data shows that the main problems of 8201working face in the early stage of mining are slow speed of advancing,more floating coal in the goaf and long time of forming the working lane.Then,the causes of these problems are analyzed with relevant experience.Combined with the actual situation of Jinzhuang coal industry,the comprehensive prevention and control strategy of coal spontaneous combustion is implemented truthfully,and considering the characteristics of its natural ignition period,the two lines of the working face need to be timely sprayed with slurry and chemical inhibitor materials,and according to the relevant requirements of coal spontaneous combustion prevention in the goaf,a comprehensive prevention and control plan integrating plugging,nitrogen injection,grouting,etc.is developed.According to the analysis of the change of relevant index gases during coal spontaneous combustion,carbon monoxide,water vapor,CH4 and other gases are formed by the combination of coal temperature programmed and oxygen.Carbon monoxide is detected at 51℃,ethylene is detected at 135℃,acetylene is detected at 340℃,and the spontaneous combustion of coal can be predicted according to the occurrence temperature of various gases.Two groups of bundle pipe monitoring systems are arranged in the two roadways.In the process of mining,each shift will sample and test the temperature rise zone is mainly distributed in the area 22-107m away from the coal wall.The oxidation temperature rise zone is located in the air inlet area,and the maximum width is about 85m.Methods related to the prediction technology of natural fire bundle,nitrogen fire-fighting technology,grouting fire-fighting technology,chemical inhibitor and end plugging technology are used for fire-fighting treatment.On this basis,a comprehensive fire prevention and control technology system is established to provide reliable support for improving work safety. |
