This thesis focuses on the shallow buried thin bedrock Yangwangou coal mining of thick coal seam fire prevention system research.First by spontaneous combustion temperature programmed experimental study on spontaneous combustion early marker for predicting gas,establishment of Yang Wan Gou coal mine gas index sign system,CO selected for the main sign gas,C2H4,C2H6 as auxiliary sign gas.After that,combined with the field sampling observation and theoretical analysis,the distribution of "three zones" in the goaf of 6202 working face was divided,and the limit advance speed of the goaf was determined.Through the channel of air leakage in goaf detection,calculate the air leakage and air leakage.Using numerical simulation software to simulate the three cases of upper and lower corner plugging,the lower corner of nitrogen injection,nitrogen injection sealing joint action mining goaf flow and oxygen concentration distribution.Based on Yang Wan Gou coal mine of the above research,the establishment of comprehensive caving working face of fire prevention and extinguishing technology system,including strengthening spontaneous combustion hazard monitoring,uniform ventilation and nitrogen injection,anti fire,the resistance of the foam fire prevention,strengthen the mined out area ground inspection technology measures.This study laid the foundation for Yangwangou Mine fire prevention work. |
