This paper takes the systematic reconstruct of the new auxiliary shaft hoist in Wuyang Coal Mine,Lu ’an Chemical Group as the background,in accordance with the principles of safety,efficiency,advanced and easy maintenance,in order to meet the new auxiliary shaft up and down personel and up material requirements,specially formulated the new auxiliary shaft hoist reconstruction plan,this reform is mainly to the whole hoist electric control system for the reform,this reform concrete implementation has the following several aspects.(一)Select the type of motor for the hoist,in order to make the motor speed governing is good,the DC motor is used as the motor of auxiliary shaft hoist,the power of the new motor is selected with the power of the original motor as a reference,by mathematical operation,the overload capacity of the new selected motor is checked,meet production demand,choose the reducer,main roller,braker and other mechanical equipment matching the new motor.(二)Design the electrical equipment of the electronic control system,two runs of 6KV high voltage were introduced from the New auxiliary shaft industrial Square as the high voltage power supply for the hoist,six KYN28 switch cabinets are used as high voltage power cabinets,two of them are used for power inlet cabinet,one PT cabinet,two high pressure cabinets as transmission devices,one set of incoming line cabinet as low-voltage power supply,the DC motor transmission device adopts two DCS800 series full digital DC speed regulating devices produced by ABB,choose flat-wave reactor to make the transmission output DC more stable.to protect the motor,a quick-opening device is installed between the motor and the transmission device.(三)Software design for the electronic control system,two sets of S7-400 series PLC are selected as the hoist control system and monitoring system,program the hoist to send start-up signals,the system checks whether the hoist is ready to start up,the initial acceleration of the elevator,the uniform acceleration of the elevator,the uniform speed of the elevator,and the uniform speed after the deceleration point,the sequence of gradual deceleration of the crawl section to the stop point is the main program cycle.in the design,59 faults can occur when the lifting machine is in operation,and divided these failures into four categories,the hoist responds differently according to the fault classification.(四)The upper computer monitoring system is composed of industrial control computer software and Win CC human-computer interaction interface produced by Siemens,program the upper computer in the winccexplorer software,the human-computer interaction interface has five screens: operation of the elevator,historical curve,fault record,special operation,and line control correction,through the human-computer interaction interface,the dynamic real-time monitoring of each device of the hoist is carried out,archiving queries for failures.(五)After the elevator transformation is completed,the elevator shall be debugged,debugging includes transmission system debugging,main control system debugging,main control system and transmission system coordination,function and performance testing.Through transformation the new auxiliary shaft hoist,can greatly enhance its various security protection and automation level,It can also realize fully automatic operation,the parameters and state of the hoist can be monitored in real time,then improve the level of intelligence of mine hoist.
