Mine water treatment has a history of nearly 40 years in our country.In the early days,it was simply precipitated,filtered and reused.Later,with the tension of water resources and the requirement of water quality for product water,the desalting system was added,at present,the domestic desalting is mainly realized by reverse OSMOSIS technology.At least 2.2 billion tons of mine water are discharged every year in our country.The direct discharge of mine water will not only pollute the environment seriously,but also waste the water resources greatly.Shanxi,Shaanxi and Inner Mongolia,which have large coal reserves and large coal mines,are areas of major concern to the environmental authorities.How to deal with the mine water in these areas is a model for the treatment of mine water in China.In recent years,the Inner Mongolia has required all mines to achieve zero emissions or face a ban on coal production and acceptance.In order to meet the requirement of zero discharge of coal mine,Menkeqing Coal Mine of Erdos Zhongtian Hechuang Energy Co.,Ltd..The system is mainly divided into three parts: the mine water desalination section,the secondary concentration section and the evaporative crystallization section.Through the desalting and the secondary concentration section,about 90% of the mine water is recovered,the by-products are sodium sulfate and sodium chloride.The scale of desalting section is 2000m~3/h,the scale of secondary concentration section is510m~3/h,and the scale of evaporation crystallization section is 100m~3/h.The horizontal sedimentation and labyrinth water purifier are used to treat the suspended matter in the underground water in Menkeqing Coal Mine.The advanced treatment system takes the pre-treated mine water as raw water,ceramic ultrafiltration,chemical hardening,ion exchange hardening,reverse osmosis desalination,MVR(Mechanical Vapor recompression technique)evaporation concentration,sodium sulfate MVR crystallization,sodium chloride double-effect evaporation crystallization,the desiccation of impurities,etc.,recovery of water and inorganic salt resources.According to the requirements of the local government of Ordos,after the mine water of Menkeqing Coal Mine has been advanced treated,the water quality of the system products can meet the Grade ? water quality standard of the surface,under the condition that the chloride is ?250 mg/l and the sulfate is ?250 mg/l,the local government will make overall plans for the use of this part of mine water.Therefore,the product water design of this project should be based on the quality of Surface Water Class III and ensure that chloride ?250mg/l and sulfate ?250mg/l.
