Jinzhou petrochemical company have using the ultrafiltration-reverse osmosisdouble membrane technology to treat with the unit of oily waste water, But theprocess produces a mass of reverse-osmosis concentrate, which have abundantrefractory organics. If the reverse-osmosis concentrate discharged to refinerywastewater system, it will affect the working of refinery wastewater field, and thenormal operation of the refinery wastewater reuse device will be affected.In this paper, we study the reverse-osmosis concentrate produced from JinzhouPetrochemical Company by ultrafiltration-reverse osmosis double membranetechnology, combined with the electric pulse assisted Fenton process, ozone-related(ozone and collaboration), ozone-MBBR, and COBR process, Select the practicaltechnical treatment the reverse osmosis concentrated water of Jinzhou PetrochemicalCompany.Experimental results showed that the electric pulse assisted Fenton process hasthe advantages of Fenton reagent effects and electromagnetic fields, the reaction isfast and the operation is relatively simple. the amount of COD of reverse osmosisconcentrated water was287mg/L, pulse voltage was2000V, a pulse frequency was7Hz, pulse time was30min, the pH value was3, aeration rate was0.8m3/h, theelectric pulse assisted Fenton process of reverse osmosis concentration of CODremoval efficiency was reached to51.9%, but treated water still remaining COD138mg/L, does not meet the emission requirements. ozone oxidation and activatedcarbon adsorption with ozone process of reverse osmosis water treatment standardscan ensure water at pH8.1, double column closed loop handle maximum utilizationof reverse osmosis water concentrations of O3, COD test reaction three hours from the88mg/L d to45-51mg/L,1g COD need to remove ozone-depleting1.44-1.61g.But this process of ozone-depleting was unstable. Reverse osmosis water treatmentfor COD removal rate of ozone concentrations MBBR process was44.0%~66.2%,the treated Water can be achieved and the costs about1.56yuan/ton. Reverseosmosis water treatment technology COBR concentrated on COD removal was61.8%~62.4%, the effluent can be achieved and costs about0.94yuan/ton.Through comparing the combination technology and the process ofozone COBRMBBR, COBR combined process effluent COD is relatively stable and in line withcorporate standards emission requirements, low ozone low dosage, the investmentand operating costs, the economy is technically feasible.
